I have an iPhone 4 on Verizon. For some reason as of late when I have my phone plugged into a power source and on wifi, when it locks it does not indicate that iCloud was backed up. It only seems to register a backup on the phone if I manually back it up. However, when I plug the phone into my computer and open iTunes, it registers on the iTunes program that a new iCloud backup has occured.

The phone always registered an iCloud backup in the past when I would plug it in as long as it was connected to wifi, but now it does not seem to be unless I do it manually. I tried doing a restore and resetting the phone by pressing the home key and power button simultaneously, but neither one solved the problem. Any thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks.
