I got used to using my iPhone as an alarm clock when traveling for work. So when Apple changed from FW charging to USB charging and my original iHome no longer charged my iPhone, I went with an Apple Universal Dock. Charges both my USB and FW charging devices.

Do you think the Scosche passPORT charging adaptor would work?

It would, but it puts the iPhone up so high I was afraid it would eventually break the 30-pin connector. Bad work around.

I use one on an old iHome and it works just fine. Bought the Scosche at Macworld 3 years ago.

I disagree.
Reviewing my usage on the AT&T website, I see that since October 2010 I have had one month of 2.5 GB (when I activated HotSpot and "supported" by laptop, and otherwise none as much as 1 GB.
My housemate, who routinely streams radio throughout her 40-hour work week, had ranged from 1.4 to 2.0 GB.
I agree with AT&T that over 3 GB in a month is heavy usage.

If the phone has it's bookmarks synced from a computer it picks up the Bookmarks Bar folder from the computer. On the iPhone it's just a bookmarks folder called that so you can keep the some organization as on the Computer.
Or at least that is what I'm picking up from reading here.
I don't sync my bookmarks so my iPhone doesn't have a Bookmarks Bar folder.
