Each one is custom built in Wichita Kansas, then optimized for each customer to insure the best performance in both frequency bands. Quickertek is the only company that provides this upgrade.
Wichita, Kansas - QuickerTek today is pleased to announce their year end special for the acHex External Antenna System. The company has reduced the price 10% on their external antenna system thats adds to Apple AC Base Station Extreme from now until the end of 2014. Apple does not have external antenna connectors on any of their current Base Stations Express or Extreme's. Quickertek is the only company that provides this upgrade.
QuickerTek purchases a brand new Apple Base Station Extreme, Express or Time capsule and adds 6 high gain 2.4gHz and 5.8gHZ external removable dipole Antenna's. QuickerTek uses standard SMA connectors so remote directional/omni directional antenna's and amplifiers can easily be added. No special software or installation. Just mount the supplied antennas and follow Apple's setup utility.
Each One is custom built in Wichita Kansas, then optimized for each customer to insure the best performance in both frequency bands. This upgraded antenna system does not in any way change the Base Station compatibility. It just adds signal strength and flexibility to the base station. QuickerTek can also bundle USB 802.11ac devices as well as Bluetooth 4.0 LE and 802.11ac to older Mac's with the Mcard and Qcard product lines with you Base Station upgrade.
