I have a video which I'd like to get on my iPod/iPad which is in mp4 format. I have not been able to 'add the file' to iTunes for transfer to the iPod/iPad. Any suggestions why I cannot add the file and transfer?

Ignore my issue. I found the file in a folder I did not expect it to go to.
