(Sorry if this is a repeat- I am getting insufficient feedback) I had a significant number of tunes loaded into appropriate playlists, then put them all onto my itouch. The disk on my laptop got corrupted and has been repaired, but the only reliable source for the tunes is my itouch. iTunes, on my laptop, apparently goes one way: from the PC to the iPod. How can I go the other way and restore the multitude of tunes on my itouch to my laptop? BTW: some were ripped, some from the store, some from the Internet so hundreds with multiple sources

You didn't create a backup of your iTunes content and library?
