"We thought right now would be a good time to offer a discount for several reasons," stated an SCSC spokesman. "With our recent improvements in support of Core Storage technology and extended support for both hardware and software implementations of RAID, we thought the price reduction might be enough to get potential customers to take a better look at all of our products. With other drive testing tools costing in the vicinity of $100 or more, our new discounted pricing will allow users to obtain a high quality drive testing product without spending a fortune.
