With the built-in diagnostics, users can discover faulty fans and temperature sensors. In addition, the app displays a notification if a sensor or the Mac gets too hot, or when the fans are turned up with Auto Boost. They can also log all temperatures, fan speeds, and alerts to a CSV file.
Temperature Gauge Pro runs in the background with configurable info displayed in the menu bar. The app also has a window that can be opened, which gives more detailed stats. It works on all Macs, whether it's a laptop or a desktop. Even more impressive than the lengthy list of temperatures are the controls in this app. Users can change temperature settings and fan speed, set Auto Boost temperature limit, adjust alert settings, and much more from the Preferences.
"I've had a few customers report that they have found faulty fans and/or overheating Macs because of this app, which is pretty awesome," said Matt Austin of Tunabelly Software. "Books for Kids" is an interactive app/bookshelf that contains a vast array of stories and activities for kids. From the classics of the children's literature to nowadays more practical and educational stories, it offers a wide variety of books that will make children associate learning with fun!
This library and all its content is targeted at children from 3 to 10 years old. Every parent will find content suited for the different developmental stages of the child. All contents were approved by an Education Specialist and designed to build different skills as well as to entertain.
The library starts with more than 50 titles, with 20 classic tales (Alice in Wonderland, Puss in Boots, Sleeping Beauty, Peter Pan, Pinocchio, among many others), more than 20 interactive learning activities (learning numbers, colors, etc...), and a bunch of other stories and activities from independent artists and illustrators. Every week new books will be added, so the kids will always have something new to discover and to engage in!
The app features interactive books in two languages: English and Spanish with read-along in these languages. This way, kids can easily follow the stories, even if they don't have a reading knowledge and learn how the different words are written.

South Bend, Indiana - The redesign uses development standards modeled after recommendations at filemakerstandards.org, with primary keys using the Get (UUID) function for simplified synchronization with offline devices. The redesigned more modern flat-design user interface includes fewer layout elements by capitalizing on FileMaker Pro 12's enhanced layout options. It includes fewer scripts through script parameters and significantly fewer fields throughout, moving many standard routines to custom functions. Using the ExecuteSQL command to access data streamlined the relationships graph, resulting in a far more nimble product.

New York, New York - Today New York indie developer aukStudios LLC released "ins and outs," a free maze-like puzzle game for iOS and Android. "ins and outs" is the first mobile puzzle game developed by an indie studio to allow players to seamlessly synchronize their progress across both iOS and Android devices. A player simply logs in with Facebook and plays as usual. All of their enabled devices remain in sync automatically and seamlessly without any further interaction from the player.
Mobile gamers are often disappointed to discover that their games do not synchronize across their devices, even for mainstream titles developed by professional studios. Mainstream titles that do offer synchronization typically do not provide a seamless cross-platform experience. They either require the user to create a separate account with the game studio (such as Rovio's Angry Birds), or they use Apple's iCloud to synchronize on iOS devices but fail to synchronize with Android devices (such as ZeptoLab's Cut the Rope). King's global sensation Candy Crush Saga is one of the few mainstream titles to offer seamless cross-platform synchronization, but to date, no mobile puzzle game developed by an indie studio has implemented the feature.
