Warsaw, Poland - Bushida Software is proud to announce the release of Waga, a new iOS puzzle game dedicated for players that have fun playing Tetris-like games. While preserving some basic Tetris concepts like falling objects, points for cleared rows and filled-in screen game over, Waga is based on brand new idea leading to different game experience. Creators of this brain teasing puzzle game promise fast and dynamic gameplay pushing players to decide-and-drag extremes.
In Waga, Player's task is to collect points while colored drops and bricks fall down the screen. The player moves bricks to arrange rows that give points and disappear depending on row colors and position. Each brick has its own colors and balance that may be changed by drop impact. The player should be fast, since empty color, speed increase and some other obstacles quickly lead to game over.
The game is organized in levels where player needs to clear given number of rows. Difficulty increases gradually with additional colors, new game elements and falling bricks characteristics change. Each level requires 2-3 minutes to complete, depending on player's speed and strategy. To handle more advanced levels player needs to work-out how to use game elements to protect longer survival. Clear as many rows as you can!
Waga is dedicated to vintage game players that prefer good gameplay rather than visual effects overload. Simple yet elegant graphics ensures good screen readability and helps to focus on game challenges, player needs only one finger to experience flawless gameplay. Soundtrack resembling electronic and pop music of '80s matches game character perfectly and does not feel boring even after longer gameplay. You've seen the already iconic photo of a weasel riding on a woodpeckers back. Now you can re-enact the photo by becoming a weasel, trying to hitch a ride from the unsuspecting woodpecker. Soar through the skies, dodging trees and collecting acorns. It's a small jump for a weasel, a giant leap for all the critters!
Flettwood, United Kingdom - 4DX Games is proud to announce the release of Weasel Woodpecker, their newest game title on iOS, Android, PC, Mac and Facebook. You can play the game for free on each platform. You've seen the already iconic photo of a weasel riding on a woodpeckers back. Now you can re-enact the photo by becoming a weasel, trying to hitch a ride from the unsuspecting woodpecker. Soar through the skies, dodging trees and collecting acorns. Weasel Woodpecker consists of randomly generated levels. The gameplay follows the tried and tested "simple to control, hard to master" ideology. That might sound like something that's been done before, but we have managed to do our own take on the gameplay.
You start by controlling the weasel. By timing your jump correctly, the weasel lands on the woodpecker's back. Once you've managed to hitch a ride, you control the woodpecker, avoiding obstacles and collecting acorns along the way. When you see a ledge at the end of the level, you will need to jump off. Be careful not to miss the platform. Timing is everything!
The game was a result of an in-house game jam. The team was so inspired by the extraordinary nature photo, that they eventually decided to make a game out of it.

This application is designed to help children with special needs learn and articulate a large number of functional multisyllabic words, using a variety of cues and a motor component. Speech Therapists and teachers will find that Multisyllabic fills a void in their app toolkit because they will not find anything like it on the App Stores.
San Jose, California - AbiTalk Incorporated have released Multisyllabic, a new and innovative speech application. This application is designed to help children with special needs learn and articulate a large number of functional multisyllabic words, using a variety of cues and a motor component. Speech Therapists and teachers will find that Multisyllabic fills a void in their app toolkit because they will not find anything like it on the App Stores.
The goal of Multisyllabic is to help children with Autism, Apraxia of Speech and speech disorders learn and enunciate two to five syllable words. The application contains hundreds of functional words, grouped into engaging categories and grouped by position of phonemes, or letter sounds and their placement in the word. At the first level, "Words", children have the highest level of visual, tactile, and auditory cues. At the Phrase and Sentence levels, there is still cueing, but additional words, and in all levels there is the option to record student speech output.
Multisyllabic also offers the option to add unlimited users, tracking data for each child, and many options to customize the app for the user, which is a hallmark of the speech applications from AbiTalk Incorporated. There is plenty of encouragement for children to keep trying and an entertaining, but optional reward game as well. This is a speech application like no other. Be sure to download it on the Apple App Store, the Amazon Store, and from Barnes and Noble.

Taos, New Mexico - Tasa Graphic Arts, Inc. today is pleased to announce the release of Earth's Rocks and the Rock Cycle, a new educational Earth Science app for Macintosh OS X. Explore the three types of rock found on Earth and understand the geologic processes that create and transform them. View high resolution photos of rocks and explore the environments in which they are found. Use what you have learned about composition, texture, and color to identify rocks. Animations show the geologic processes in action: volcanic eruptions, flowing lava, weathering of rocks, streams transporting sediment, glaciers moving, caverns being formed by water, rocks being deformed by intense heat and pressure deep underground.
Learn how the rock cycle illustrates the geologic processes as they change one type of rock into another. Investigate how the hydrologic cycle interacts with the rock cycle. In the Rock Builder activity, use what you learned about the rock cycle to build new rocks from existing ones.
