Collect stars to fuel your magic wand. Collect potions and acquire powerful spells. Search for wand upgrades to ward off the villainous creatures of the forest and their evil bosses. Befriend forest "Treelings" who will help you along the way.
Captivating music and sound effects keep players entranced in the battle of good against evil. Leader boards invoke competitive spirit among players.
At launch, Starry duo offers 20 levels and be available in English, Chinese, Japanese, French and Portuguese with more languages in development. Starry duo is developed using Apple SpriteKit game engine and support iOS7 and above. Level 20 features "Dust Vader." The app was developed by the Berlin based start-up AJNS New Media and was featured by Apple in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark as well as in the UK. Version 1.2 extends the Person Index with special filtering and sorting, allowing the user to focus on names, years-of-interest, age-range, gender, and birthdays.
Eindhoven, Netherlands - The AlgoCoil software company today is thrilled to announce their v1.2 release of LiveHistory, a genealogy app for the iPad, with features that extend its data model with biographical facts such as where people lived, and with whom. The app offers unique dynamic visualizations which let the user scroll through entire trees, switch roots, focus on persons or households, and even browse through time.
Index filtering and sorting:
Today's update of LiveHistory adds enhanced index search to find people who live(d) in a given year, are within given age limits in that year, and have a specific gender (m/f/u). Abbreviated forms and combinations of the search string are allowed. For example, a search term like "90-" searches for people older than 90 who live today.
For further special focus, the list of persons can be shown in different orders: alphabetical by surname, by birth date (in fact: the year a name of the person was first used), and sorted by birthday (month/day).
Forecasting of a genealogy:
The Forecasting feature of LiveHistory computes predictions of all missing dates in the genealogy, and displays them in gray font. To achieve plausible results that are simultaneously consistent with the known facts - spanning multiple generations - in the database, the forecasting engine consults a built-in rule-bank containing consistency rules, and statistics about life-time, typical age at marriage etc.

Eindhoven, Netherlands - The AlgoCoil software company today is thrilled to announce their v1.2 release of LiveHistory, a genealogy app for the iPad, with features that extend its data model with biographical facts such as where people lived, and with whom. The app offers unique dynamic visualizations which let the user scroll through entire trees, switch roots, focus on persons or households, and even browse through time.
Index filtering and sorting:
Today's update of LiveHistory adds enhanced index search to find people who live(d) in a given year, are within given age limits in that year, and have a specific gender (m/f/u). Abbreviated forms and combinations of the search string are allowed. For example, a search term like "90-" searches for people older than 90 who live today.
For further special focus, the list of persons can be shown in different orders: alphabetical by surname, by birth date (in fact: the year a name of the person was first used), and sorted by birthday (month/day).
Forecasting of a genealogy:
The Forecasting feature of LiveHistory computes predictions of all missing dates in the genealogy, and displays them in gray font. To achieve plausible results that are simultaneously consistent with the known facts - spanning multiple generations - in the database, the forecasting engine consults a built-in rule-bank containing consistency rules, and statistics about life-time, typical age at marriage etc.

Clever Mower's gameplay is refreshingly simple to understand. Gamers must navigate their mower around rocks, hedges and walls, and ultimately cut every blade of grass. Yet what makes the game tantalizingly difficult to master is that they cannot mow the same area twice. As such, they must think several steps ahead in order to find the optimal mowing path.
Quick-thinking gamers who complete each level quickly are rewarded with extra points. On the other hand, those who fail to achieve their goal will lose one of their five lives and must try again. However, it's not as devastating as it sounds: a new life increases every 30 minutes until all five lives are recharged. The grass may be greener on the other side, but it still has to be mowed!

Bluzeg announces Weather Chum 1.0.2, an update to it's popular weather app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Fed by information taken directly from World Weather Online weather API, the app uses actual and long term forecast meteorological data to build animated sceneries along with different cartoon characters reacting to real weather events helped by realistic sounds effects. Version 1.0.2 adds more accurate way of getting the city name from the GPS location, minor bug fixes and more.
Cupertino, California - On February 20th 2014, the Montreal startup Bluzeg launched its all new app, Weather Chum , in the highly competitive weather applications' market. After a week of success in the world, Bluzeg decided to reach even more people with a new enhanced version and by making the application free.
Fed by information taken directly from World Weather Online weather API, the app uses actual and long term forecast meteorological data to build animated sceneries along with different cartoon characters reacting to real weather events helped by realistic sounds effects.
Some of the features include seasonal cycles using longitude and latitude data, percentage of clouds, the sun's position, moon phases, additional locations and 7 day forecast. Users can watch as the app adapts its graphical scenarios as well as the characters' humor to follow actual weather conditions such as rain, wind, snow, thunderstorms or just the sun shining on a beautiful day.
Also available is the option to share an image on Facebook depicting the current character on top of different sceneries and conditions with an added comic style bubble containing the users' chosen words.
