Christmas Bop - Bring Back the Magic of Christmas - Published on 12/18/13

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Future-App Future-App/Soft today is proud to introduce Christmas Bop - Bring Back the Magic of Christmas 1.0, based on the classic whack- a-mole style game with a twist. The aim of the game is to navigate each level bopping the good game icons and missing the bad game icons to achieve the highest score possible. If you miss any of the +10 icons for each level you will receive a green bauble in the top right corner of the screen. Receive 3 of these green baubles and its game over.

Edinburgh, United Kingdom - In each level there are 9 magic circles where game icons will appear. When this happens, it's your job to bop or miss these icons in order to achieve a really high score and beat all your friends and family! There are game indicators at the top of the screen that keep a tally of how well you are playing. If you miss any of the +10 icons for each level you will receive a green bauble in the top right corner of the screen. Receive 3 of these green baubles and its game over. If you hit any of the -25 icons for each level you will receive a red bauble in the top left corner of the screen and if you hit any of the -100 icons for each level you will receive a red bauble in the top left corner of the screen. Receive 3 of these red baubles in total and its game over.

The scoring for the game is explained below as well as some of the extra surprises that you need to watch out for!

Level one:
Red Bauble: This icon can score you +10 points!

Red and White Candy Cane: This icon can score you +75 points but be careful as this will also trigger a snow storm that will make it hard to see the game board for a few seconds!

Yellow Bell: This icon gives you the highest score in level one of +500 points but again you need to be careful as bopping this will mean that you get splatted with a snowball making the game board almost impossible to see for a few seconds!

Blue Bauble: This is a bad game icon and should be avoided as it will score you -25 points

Orange Bauble: This icon should also be avoided as it's another bad game icon, in fact, this one is the worst in this level! This will score you -100 points, but watch out as this icon can sometimes look like a red bauble during a snow storm or through a snowball splat!

Level Two:

Red Nose: This icon can score you +10 points!

Yellow Star: This icon can score you +75 points but be careful as this will also trigger a snow storm that will make it hard to see the game board for a few seconds!
