CUBI learns through games played on its internal simulation engine. The current game mode involves the player teaching CUBI words using a 3D word search game. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Indie Developer GanaLila presents C.U.B.I.P.L.E.X. 1.0 - Cool Unit of Bot Intelligence to play, learn, enjoy and explore! C.U.B.I. (Cool Unit of Bot Intelligence) is a next generation AI machine; it loves to learn through 3D word games played on its internal simulation engine. CUBI wants to communicate and starts by learning words. The current game mode involves the player teaching CUBI words using a 3D word search game.
Gameplay:
CUBI generates its own "alpha-cubes" that have letters on all six faces. All letters have the same score initially to avoid any bias in usage. Each face is color coded and etched with a score multiplier for the letter on the face. Word score multipliers are awarded when 3 or more adjacent letters have the same color code. Longer color patterns are awarded higher multipliers. Cubes can be rotated to access letters on other faces. Words must contain 3 or more letters.
* 3D cubes give players plenty of exploration room to find words of their choice. The longer the word, the higher the letter score.
* Players can test their spatial memory skills by quickly registering letter/color/weight combinations on the cubes to maximize their scores.
* Players are free to form as many words as they want and are not limited to a predetermined list.

Developed by Tapnik, Droppyship takes the brutally difficult and often addictive gameplay found in the surprise hit "Flappy Bird" and translates it into 3D. Instead of a pixelated bird, the player pilots a sleek spaceship through an unending series of gates.
"It handles sort of like a paper airplane," describes one early playtester, "It glides smoothly for a bit but then drops straight down."
Reactions are mixed as to whether the 3D gameplay and the swooping motion of the ship make the game easier, or harder, than the original Flappy Bird. The developer, Joel Davis, explains, "I find this a little easier than Flappy Bird. So far, I've gotten about ten gates further in Droppyship. Maybe I've played it too much, but then again, I played a lot of Flappy Bird." Other playtesters disagree. "This is definitely harder," reports one early reviewer, "You crash right away. It's brutal."
Regardless of difficulty, Droppyship undeniably raises the bar graphically from the original pixelated flyer. It features 3D graphics and realtime lighting, using the advanced capabilities provided by shaders on modern mobile hardware.

Through a powerful and easy-to-use interface, Tact allows users to pick a contact from their Address Book and add it directly to the Home Screen of their iPhone, where it appears as a standalone app. Tapping on the resulting icon immediately displays the contact's up-to-date information, and makes it easy to initiate phone calls, send e-mails, or even map related addresses.
Optionally, users can also associated actions like "Call Home" or "E-mail Work" directly with a contact, so that tapping the corresponding Home Screen icon automatically executes the command associated with it. Unlimited icons can be created this way for every contact; Tact automatically ensures that the most up-to-date information about each contact is used when executing an action.

Horse Races Now can be downloaded free at either iTunes or Google Play for Android users. Check out a demo of the app at the developer's website. About Kenny McPeek:
Kenny McPeek, Founder and CEO of McPeek Racing, was raised in Lexington, Kentucky where he discovered a love of horses early in life. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Business Finance, McPeek obtained his trainer's license in 1985 and now manages his own 160-horse stable. Farish's Lane's End Farm, as a professional showman for Three Chimney's Farm, and as a respected freelance equine photographer. Sue played a supporting role in McPeek Racing for years, and she is currently licensed to sell equine insurance at Lavin Insurance Services. She and Kenny were recognized in 2002 for enhancing coverage of thoroughbred racing through their cooperation with the media and Thoroughbred racing publicists by receiving the prestigious Big Sport of Turfdom Award.
