belkin POWERTUNE replacement?

Hello, I have used, for years, a belkin powertune as an extended battery for my ipod. I loved the way it snapped into the ipod and I carried the whole thing around as one unit.

It has finally died, tried buying another on amazon but they all seem to be duds. Is there some other product out there that it good? thanks.!
