The playable new hero wields a sword and gun, sports all-new animations, and a slew of original combo moves for long-time players to master. This is still the only game in the stick-fighting genre that boasts a real physics engine, so that enemies bounce realistically of the walls and objects in the environment can be thrown.
Seoul, Korea - Dragon Nest Studio, creators of Ultimate Stick Fight on iOS, have unleashed a new character, Slash, for its action-filled, beat-'em-up scroller. The playable new hero wields a sword and gun, sports all-new animations, and a slew of original combo moves for long-time players to master.
"As soon as you see Slash outfitted in that purple bandana you know he's no ordinary stick figure warrior," says the iOS title's developer, Ray Chambers. "Slash can shoot a gun, has brand new combos, and offers a wider attack range, while the original hero Ryan still bests him in agility and speed."
The novel addition of Slash, as well as plenty of enhanced combos and upgrades, breathes new life into what was already a unique title for iOS, blending combo-driven fighting with a beat-'em-up scroller. It is still the only game in the stick-fighting genre that boasts a real physics engine, so that enemies bounce realistically of the walls and objects in the environment can be thrown.
"Players on the App Store are saying Slash's unique skills, awesome animation, and gameplay makes Ultimate Stick Fight like a brand new game, and we agree," he adds.
Version 1.2 of Ultimate Stick Fight also brings enhanced support for the iPhone 5 screen, new graphical effects like blood splatter, and improved intelligence for the stick figure enemy army. Gameplay improvements include the ability to use jump attacks to counter thrown weapons like dynamite.
The game's smooth animation, effortlessly mixing cartoon-like stick figures with detailed and interactive backgrounds, and many stages of play have won it rave reviews. The ability to upgrade weapons, combos, and skills is also much appreciated by fans.
"We worked hard on the game mechanics to make it fun to play over and over, while also a challenge to master," explains Chambers. "As you play you earn coins that you can exchange for new combos and upgrades to your existing combos."
The game suits an audience of 9 with three levels of difficulty from Easy to Hard, making it ideal for causal play as well as a challenge for hardcore gamers.

KeyCue is a handy tool for learning and remembering keyboard shortcuts. With a simple keystroke or click, KeyCue displays a table with all keyboard shortcuts available in the currently active application, system-wide hotkeys, as well as key combinations for triggering macros in Keyboard Maestro, QuicKeys and iKey.
The new version comes with several usability and performance enhancements, making lookup of keyboard shortcuts faster and easier than ever. A new internal drawing order improves the appearance of the shortcut table, and an enhanced menu scanning technique leads to faster scanning of deeply nested bookmarks in Safari. "We all love sharing pictures with friends and family," said Mohammed Alothman, creator of the game. "Tag & Flag adds a hidden-object game that makes those photos even more fun and exciting."
Turning photos into hide-and-seek games begins with a simple invitation. Players quickly search for friends using a Tag & Flag username, an email address, or Facebook/Twitter name and invite them to play the game. Players also have the option of starting games with random Tag & Flag players online so there is always someone ready to play.
Using a picture from their photo album or a fresh snapshot taken through Tag & Flag, players "tag" objects in the image that they want their friends to find. Players can tag as many as five objects by simply tapping and positioning a red circle over them. A player drags to expand or shrink the tagging circle to accommodate objects of varying sizes (and make finding them easier or harder!) For each tagged object, the player adds a description that will serve as a tantalizing clue for seekers.
The player sends the tagged photo to seekers who race to "flag" the hidden objects before the timer runs out. Each wrong tap brings a time penalty while a correct flag earns a coin and gets the seeker closer to winning the game.
Stumped players can spend Tag & Flag coins to buy matches to burn out parts of the image that don't contain tags or magnets to draw a player toward a tag. Those who need more coins can easily obtain them through in-app purchase. Players can even earn bonus coins to use to solve more puzzles by upgrading to the full version of the app.
Tag & Flag players can enjoy a one-on-one game or add to the fast-paced fun by playing with a group of family and friends. The first player in the group to correctly flag the image wins and is next to tag a photo.
To start playing quickly, a helpful tutorial guides each new player through the highlights of the game. Plus, players will never miss a turn with an optional notification feature.

What makes the latest update so unique is the fact that it follows a large-scale feedback contest, in which hundreds of long-time players submitted their own ideas and critiques on the game. Boss Raids are one of the many new features that players can explore with their real-life friends. Synthesis scrolls can be used to turn several weak monsters into one that is far more powerful. The search for the right synthesis scroll can be particularly challenging, as Haypi Monster has well over a hundred different monsters. Luckily, Version 1.3 also features a Disenchanting feature - players can disenchant several unwanted scrolls into Essence of Life and exchange it for the scroll they truly desire. Disenchantment also works for skill book exchanges.
Haypi Monster Version 1.3 also includes never-before-seen features like the Level Rush - a button that will allow players to instantly finish Veteran and Expert Mode challenges that they have completed once before. The search for the right synthesis scroll can be particularly challenging, as Haypi Monster has well over a hundred different monsters. Luckily, Version 1.3 also features a Disenchanting feature - players can disenchant several unwanted scrolls into Essence of Life and exchange it for the scroll they truly desire. Disenchantment also works for skill book exchanges.

Stampie employs both cameras on the user's phone to create two images, which are combined to create the postcard. The card is personalized with a postage stamp with the user's face in it. The postcard also gets a round stamp with the current date and the user's current city name.
"We wanted to make an app for sharing special moments with your loved ones in a fun and original way," said Pavel Sorokin, the founder of Sea To Software.
