I have it connected with the usb cable and it did syn,but I still don't know how to see the pictures that are on the Touch?

You should be able to see the iPod touch inside "my computer." Double click that and navigate through folders and you should be able to see them.
You will only be able to copy, cut, and delete photos. You cannot drag photos into the device.
My previous computer was windows xp and I was able to see the pictures only.
This goes for my new computer also running windows 7. Also I have and iPhone 4 and my 5th generation iPod Touch.

You could try DiskAid, the free version allows you to transfer your photos
from your iPod running iOS 5 or later to any PC or Mac.
