Anyone who switches from other systems to the Mac has a problem: the menu for the applications is not longer located where it was, but rather all the way at the top of the desktop. This means that the mouse has to travel a long way, since the important commands are not always immediately accessible. Understandably many people that switched are irritated by that.
The app MenuMate will remedy the problem. It will ensure, that the menu of active apps opens exactly where the cursor is located. Something that's easy to get used to, especially since the tool shows its advantage instantly: all important software functions are immediately available without having to memorize hotkeys or do extensive navigating with the mouse.
MenuMate hooks itself right into the Mac's menu bar. The icon has to be accessed only once, in order to configure the app. The right and left mouse button may not be assigned to the tool. This, naturally, leaves only the other mouse button - the middle one. Once the tool has been assigned, "MenuMate" may be used immediately.
System Requirements:
MenuMate v.1.0 requires an Intel based Macintosh, Mac OS X 10.6 or greater and 0.5MB of hard disk space.

Players solve puzzles using prompts and hints from the alien, in order to unlock the jelly bean full of boxes that he has transported on his ship. Players earn points and stars according to how quickly and efficiently they solve each challenging puzzle.
Jelly Mon is set on a sunny day on Earth, where the player witnesses a crash-landing of a tiny alien spaceship. Out of the crashed vessel comes a friendly alien being bearing boxes full of jelly beans. In order to open the boxes, the player must solve a series of fun and increasingly challenging matchstick designing puzzles.
The alien gives the player instruction on how each puzzle is to be solved. Instructions include what the resulting design should be as well as how many sticks may be moved in the puzzle. Once a player has successfully completed the requested task, the alien cheers for them and is rewarded with a heart-shaped jelly bean to eat. You will be rewarded periodically by unlocking some hidden items. Unlocked items are stored in the player's Collections case.
More than a simple puzzle game, Jelly Mon is a brainteaser that will get players thinking about unique and challenging puzzle solving methods and present geometry challenges in a fun and animated way. With 76 unique levels, Jelly Mon will entertain and challenge gamers of any age. Jelly Mon's challenging puzzles are presented in 6 level themes providing a large variety of puzzle challenges. Puzzle Themes include: Daily Objects, Words, Animals, Outdoors, Numbers, and Shapes. Players may choose a simple puzzle, such as turning a shovel into a chair by moving 2 sticks in the level entitled Break from Work. Or players may try a more challenging puzzle in Animals by moving 5 sticks and 1 eye to make a hedgehog run in the opposite direction in the level Hedgehog 5.

Airman is a 3D flying and shooting game located in a fantasy 3D city built around world famous city landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Colosseum, Taj Mahal Sears Towers, Big Ben, Statue of Liberty and more.
The object of Airman is to shoot down enemy balloons, planes, accumulate points, avoid enemy fire and crashing, but that is not all. The game when played in a family or group setting provides entertainment for the spectators. This is due to the games unique use of Apple's gyroscope feature. This requires the User to stand up and move as the Game simulates an environment where the User's physical movement gives direction to the Plane. From a spectator's perspective it appears as though the User is a cross between a dog chasing it's tail and Quasimodo.
New in this version of Airman are Snipers. Snipers have been positioned in Balloons at Level 1 and 5. Level 5 is almost impossible. So we have introduced 2 modes of play but both are very difficult.
The leader board has been refreshed so all players will start at at zero.
A Word Of Caution: This game can make you dizzy as the enemy planes fly in clockwise and counter clockwise circuits.
Another Word Of Caution: Ensure the game is played in an obstacle free space.

While this is a new concept, more and more runner find it just fun to do their run and see how the shape unfolds. This can applied in multiple different and creative ways:
* "run a heart" for your loved one
* "run a flower" for as a birthday gift
* Walk simple figures such as a square, circle, a house, etc.
Advanced usage:
* Walk your favorite street course and see for the first time how that actually looks like as a shape, then start to add streets which you never walked before to extend and complete the shape
* Train to walk a shape without looking at the screen - very difficult at the beginning, and more and more entertaining after some practice
As part of the motivation the app allows the user to share the "walked out" shapes with friends and family via email and twitter. This will also spark some competition between walkers and runners as to who can run the widest heart, or the most interesting shape, and so on. There is no option to cheat and insert tracks manually, the app only takes a track the user really walked.
As standard items for each walk the walkout app shows:
* Meters / km or miles for the track
* Duration of the total walk
As standard functionality the app allows to mark positions and add comments to each shape. Runners can use this to capture some comments and noteworthy stuff about the walk, which is then available for sharing as well.

The app is available fully localized in English and in German; furthermore some items (weekdays, date and distance format) are available in all Apple supported languages.

Between 2010 and 2011 more than 42 million people were displaced by extreme weather in Asia alone. In the U.S., 80% of Americans have been impacted by extreme weather in the past three years. The fall floods in Thailand cost more than $15 billion in insured losses, and much more in uninsured losses.
The "snowpocalypse" in the Northeast and raging fires in Texas were just two of more than a dozen extreme weather events in the U.S. in 2011 with damages exceeding $1 billion. Fancy Vs Expert View:
The Mac is a powerful platform and people often use it for powerful tasks. Knowing that people using MoneyWiz spend most of the time in the Accounts area, working with transactions, we wanted to give a more advanced view of the list of transactions without sacrificing the simplicity for those who didn't want it. Eventually we came up with this brilliant solution to have two ways of visualising your transactions and allow you to quickly change between them. We call them a Fancy View and an Expert View. Fancy view is what you've already seen on the iPhone and iPad. The expert view is in spreadsheet style, giving you greater detail, faster. The expert view is also the place to reconcile transactions.
Bulk Editing:
It only made perfect sense that when we have an expert view of the transactions, we'd also allow you to bulk/mass edit or delete them. Such a feature has been requested for the iOS versions, but we feel that it's too advanced for the iOS and will sacrifice the simplicity of MoneyWiz if we did it there. On the Mac though, it makes perfect sense and it feels natural.
Transactions Entry:
MoneyWiz for Mac has a unique transaction entry process. What distinguishes it is that it allows you to focus on what you're entering, but it also allows you to check what you've already entered, as a reference. We've achieved this by centring the transaction entry screen, and dimming the rest of the visible area. All of this appears with smooth animation which adds to the pleasing visual experience.
Drag & Drop:
A major part of desktop software is drag & drop. So MoneyWiz for Mac comes with great drag & drop support, where you need it:
* Re-arrange your Accounts & Budgets with drag & drop
* Re-arrange your Categories with drag&drop
* Drag & drop an image to add it to a transaction
* Drag & drop a QIF, QFX or OFX file into MoneyWiz, and the import process will start immediately
Full Screen Support:
MoneyWiz for Mac comes with amazing full screen support. We've spent a lot of time to make sure that when you resize MoneyWiz everything will look smooth, enjoying and beautiful.
Take Scheduled transactions for example... when you resize MoneyWiz, the scheduled events will re-arrange in real time, during resizing, with awesome animations. In the same time, the calendar area on the top, will get more and more months of calendars. That too comes with great animations!
The most exceptional thing of all is the full screen support and Reports. It's hard to describe how stunning it is to see the graph of your report in full screen on the big display... It's absolutely beautiful.

Tapose received several other creative submissions for how users are using the Journal feature. Seattle, Washington - The first week's winner of the $100 iTunes gift card is Charlie K., who has been using Tapose's Journals to detail the birth of his first child, due later this year. Charlie uses Tapose to catalog current ultrasound images by date after each hospital visit. In addition, he utilized the drawing tools to note the baby's size, weight, and heartbeat. "It was very interesting to see how Charlie used Tapose to jot down creative notes as the spirit moved him. I'm sure he will love sharing these memories with his child in the future," said Tapose co-founder Ricky Drake.
Tapose received several other creative submissions for how users are using the Journal feature. There is a self-check feature available at any moment of molecule building. When you have finished building your molecule you can either save the model or e-mail it. The model can also be opened directly from e-mail.
