mapp2link is also geared to the needs of LinkedIn members when it comes to privacy and data security. Golden, Colorado - Elevated Software Development, Inc. today is proud to announce the release of fScanX Home Edition 1.7.6 for Mac OS X, adding support for the Fujitsu ScanSnap fi-5110EOX, fi-5110EOX2, fi-5110EOXM, S1500, & S1500M document scanners to their entry-level scanning application designed exclusively for use with the entry level of Fujitsu document scanners.
fScanX provides the ability to scan single- or double-sided documents in color, grayscale or monochrome directly into multi-page TIFF or PDF files. In addition, the fScanX package includes an Automator action for easy workflow development. With this release, it brings support for several popular scanners that have either never been supported on the Macintosh platform--perfect for Windows switchers who want to keep using their trusty ScanSnap scanners. (This release also adds support for some scanners that until now could not be used on later versions of Mac OS X.)
