The next contest is Nyan Summer Dreams and challenges young artists to create a drawing and story centered around one of PaigeeWorld' s favorite characters, Nyan. Drawings and stories could be Nyan dreaming of the Beach, going shopping, going on a trip, or more.

We asked our members to share their ideas for our next contest theme. There were soo many amazing ideas - "Summer Vacations, Last Day of School, Fairy Tales, The Beach, Fantasy Lands, etc." How could we allow our members the most flexibility with their contest ideas and their imagination - Solution: "Dreams." In dreams we can do whatever we want, we can go to exotic places, we can meet anime characters, we can fly, sing, dance, float - we can even have magical powers! In dreams we can be in a land where the tree's are made from candies, and it rains doughnuts.
So the theme of our contest is "Nyan Summer Dreams"! Entries have to represent Nyan's Summer Dream. It could be Nyan dreaming of the Beach, going shopping, going on a trip, going on a date, travelling to Japan, catching a big fish, living in a land with fish tree's(she really likes fish). It could be Nyan's last day of school, a boy that she likes talking to her... Maybe her dream is scary - all of her friends left her alone for summer holidays - maybe she's trapped in a bottle - maybe all of the teachers are Zombies, and she is stuck at Summer School!
"Nyan Summer Dreams" encourages PaigeeWorld members to be creative and create their own ideas. All members are encouraged to create a story to accompany their drawing.
Members can enter the contest via the free iOS PaigeeWorld application available on the Apple App Store.
Our members enter the PaigeeWorld contests for a variety of reasons. Entering the contests gets their art and profile seen by thousands and thousands of members - allows them to make new friends and get new followers on the application - gives them new art challenges to draw - allows them to experiment with new styles and techniques - helps them earn PaigeePoints and PaigeePins on the PaigeeWorld application. However, the most attractive thing about the contests is the great prizes!
For the PaigeeWorld Nyan Summer Dreams contest a new Marker Line is being introduced by Marvy Uchida - the Uchida 3100 Marker Line. Marvy Uchida and PaigeeWorld have come together to sponsor the prize packs for this contest! There are 4 Grand Prizes depending on a users age group available to be won! * Over 25 Moderators who review all art submitted, and moderate the drawings and comments
* Mechanisms within the application so that all members can report individual drawings or comments directly to the moderators
Who created PaigeeWorld?
PaigeeWorld was created by 18 year old Paige Rohrick and her team at PaigeeDraw Inc.. Paigee started PaigeeDraw when she was 15 years old, and has been improving it ever since. In the coming months look for even more new features on PaigeeWorld. This fall we are planning on adding hundreds of new tutorials including all of the latest styles and techniques from members around the world.
