There is a way of circumventing that. Settings>General>Assistive
Touch. This puts a black button on the screen (which can be moved
around) and if you tap it you get some choices, one of which is the
home button.

Nifty! I'll try it on my iPad where I've wished for an on screen Home
Button for those times at the kitchen table when I've had food sticky
fingers and wanted to tap the Home button with a clean knuckle!!!!

Howdy.
I also came across this command in the recent OWC catalog.
Looked it up on the OWC blog and here's the link.

This Terminal command lets you change the hard drive spin down time
from the default time to a shorter or longer time.
As mentioned in the article, this command works with Mac OS X 10.5 or
later.
Earlier versions us the term "spindown" instead of the term
"disksleep."
For those not familiar with terminal, read the whole article first.

I downloaded the new iTunes 11.0 and I am sorry that I did. I use iTunes primarily to sync my iPhone to my MBP. All the new bells and whistles for music do not help me out. Today I wanted to copy a picture on my MBP to mu iPhone. Can't find any "photos" tab and don't know how to do it on iTunes 11.0
Any help?
