Rockhead Games Releases An Update For Master Of Words - Published on 05/31/13

Rockhead Games today announces Master of Words 1.1, an update to their word-construction multiplayer game for iOS devices. Master of Words puts the player against everyone else that is playing it in real-time. Players can deal with a virtually infinite number of letters in order to create the biggest score, within a two minute time limit. Version 1.1 adds connectivity features so players can find, compare and compete with friends, as well as adds some minor updates and corrections to the game.

The new update of Master of Words adds the ability to connect a player profile to a Facebook account. By doing this, the player will have access to a special ranking in which all his friends who have also connected Master of Words to Facebook appear. Players will then be able to check their friend's statuses as total score and best word, as well as readily identify his friends in the match's scoreboard through a special highlight. In addition, players can use the game to invite their friends for a match.

Until now generic freelance marketplaces have been buyer beware. Weblance aims to change the rules through member curation and remaining focused on doing 1 thing well, building apps. "We read code, so we can curate based on quality. In generic marketplace, highly skilled providers are consistently undercut with absurd pricing and clients are getting poor quality products. Generic marketplace escrow don't protect users from poor quality. Work is work to them," says Jeff. "We want people to be successful so we focused on only building apps and adding value by offering tools to mange the tripple constraint, cost, time and quality."

1. Rapid Deployment Tools:
Getting your app from design to deployment as quickly as possible is really the name of the game. Let's face it, the faster you can employ the less it's going to cost. Getting your app from design to deployment as quickly as possible is really the name of the game. Let's face it, the faster you can employ the less it's going to cost. Weblance is very open about who can sign up. but who stays is another matter. We are not shy about wanting to be a small marketplace focused on quality. We may have some approval process in the near future as well. We rather grow slowly with a quality base of user and avoid the reputation issue found in big generic marketplaces.
4. Best Practices Built In:
Weblance was founded and built by professional project managers and freelancers. We have been through it and know what it takes manage a project properly. Monster Blade was initially released on the Canadian App Store in February, and a worldwide version for Android followed soon in April. With its smooth gameplay and attractive graphics, Monster Blade quickly won over 200,000 downloads, 28,000 positive reviews and an impressive rating of 4.7 stars on Google Play - all in less than two months.
In Monster Blade, players take on the role of a monster slayer and challenges hundreds of powerful monsters. Designed to be pick-up-and-play without difficult learning curves or complicated controls, players can engage in epic one-on-one battles with simple swipes and taps.
"Monster Blade's fast paced, real-time combat is perfect for passing the time," said Kenneth Tan, producer of Monster Blade. "Players will also find fun in collecting unique equipment from monsters. Some rare equipment even allows you to transform into powerful dragons!"
During combat, players encounter monsters that can perform special moves such as fireball blasts and petrify attacks that turn you into stone. "In battle, it is all about timing. You need to focus on the monster's movement and judge when to attack or defend."
In addition, players can call for a friend's help during battle. Friend assist skills can be performed once per battle and range from healing to powerful damage abilities. These skills can quickly help to turn the tide in battles, making your friends an important part of the game.
