God Redefines The Possible With John Ed Mathison Ministry Book For iPad - Published on 06/03/13

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

When God Redefines The Possible book for iPad by John Ed Mathison takes churches from Gutenberg mentality to Google reality with innovations from this former Senor Minister of Frazer United Methodist Church in Montgomery, Alabama. Mathison's book, which is 109-pages in print, expanded to 192 pages on the iPad and contains more than 50 chapters of colorful and important ministry lessons and encourages readers to see that God is still doing miracles, even in today's turbulent times.

Montgomery, Alabama - Former Senior Minister of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church in Montgomery, John Ed Mathison, is making history again. This time, he's teamed up with a former Alabama governor's press secretary to release an innovative, interactive book exclusively for the iPad that will change how people around the world follow a daily devotional or use social media to hold "Sunday School classes worldwide."

Mathison recently released When God Redefines The Possible on Apple's iBookstore, a title he published in paperback in November. The new work, complete with 22 videos, interactive puzzles, quizzes and Bible references can be used on the more than 100 million iPad and iPad mini devices in use around the world.

The book can be downloaded from the iBookstore by visiting WGRTP online.

Production began in January with Claxton Creative, LLC of Dallas, led by Donald J. Claxton, former the former press secretary of Gov. Fob James and assistant press secretary to former Gov. Guy Hunt.

"We have taken a book printed in black and white and brought it to life with short video clips in multiple chapters that are designed to help readers prepare their minds for the text that follows by asking some important questions or giving some insight about what they're about to read," Mathison said. "With the rapid adoption of iPads in schools all across Montgomery and around the world, this is the new type of curriculum tool that readers young and old are finding more and more engaging and enriching in their study.

"It only makes sense to apply this same technology to something like a daily devotional where people can use these technological advances to draw closer to God and use social media to draw closer to other believers and non-believers around the world," Mathison said.

Mathison's book, which is 109-pages in print, expanded to 192 pages on the iPad and contains more than 50 chapters of colorful and important ministry lessons and encourages readers to see that God is still doing miracles, even in today's turbulent times.

The videos, produced by another former aide to Gov. Hunt, Stacey Rimer Stakely, and shot at Frazer by Matthew Gamble, feature Mathison talking about healthy eating, God doing things in people's lives they could not have anticipated, and even references to his late father, Si Mathison.

"John Ed Mathison has been a leader in ministry for almost 50 years and the exciting thing about this book for iPad is that it proves he's still a leader in ministry even though he's been retired from Frazer for a couple of years now," Claxton said. "We have worked with him to produce a new tool that uses the latest in technology to help spread the word of God. That, in and of itself, is an example of God redefining the possible, as the technology for this didn't even exist 17 months ago."

Claxton said versions for readers using Amazon's Kindle, Barnes and Noble's Nook are near completion as well. "John Ed's use of digital books will make his work available to anyone in the world with a computer, tablet or smartphone," Claxton said.

John Ed, who served 36 years as Senior Minister of Frazer Memorial United Methodist Church in Montgomery, said he is excited to begin this new phase of his ministry.

"I have said before that 'it is easy to have a Gutenberg mentality when we live in a Google reality.' and taking converting my writings and teachings into a digital format so that people around the world can share and interact with each other through the social media tools and interactivity functions within the book is an example of where ministry must grow in order to reach those needing and yearning to hear the word of God," Mathison said. "I'm excited for the potentials this brings for ministry. God really has redefined the possible."

Claxton is no stranger to innovation and change. He was dubbed as the "foremost student iconoclast" in Dr. John Fair's 1990 book about Auburn University at Montgomery's first 20 years. In July 1994, he made candidate Fob James the first statewide candidate in Alabama to have a published email address. In March of 1995, he began writing the original pages for the state of Alabama's website, which was launched and featured as the lead story in the Montgomery Advertiser in August 1995. In 2001 he became the communications director for the Dallas Independent School District, then the 12th largest school district in the nation and helped pass the largest education bond program in Texas history - a $1.37 billion program. In 2012, his company began producing books for the iPad, including Dr. Mark Van Stone's interactive text 2012: Science & Prophecy of the Ancient Maya and There's A Zombie In My Treehouse by Ken Plume, John Robinson and Len Peralta of Atlanta. The company also has begun
production on a book for Learning Forward, one of the largest professional development organizations in the world for schoolteachers.

Stepping Stone Mobile Announces The Winners of its Pen & Ink Art Contest - Published on 06/03/13

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Stepping Stone Mobile today announced the winners of its Pen & Ink Art Contest for the iPad. A panel of judges made the final decision based upon the overall quality of the art. The winning artist, Andrew Willamson, is a college professor in Sussex, England. Williamson is creating a series of art depicting women on mobile phones. The winning pieces can be viewed at Stepping Stone Mobile online. Pen & Ink offers the simplest way to create beautiful watercolor paintings and drawings on the iPad.

New Haven, Connecticut - Stepping Stone Mobile today announced the winners of its Pen & Ink Art Contest for the iPad(R). Pen & Ink is the simplest way to create beautiful watercolor paintings and drawings on the iPad(R). A panel of judges including Randy Jayne Rosenberg, Executive Director and Chief Curator of Art Works for Change and Jennifer Emerson, Board Member of the San Francisco Art Institute, made the final decision based upon the overall quality of the art. The winning pieces can be viewed at Stepping Stone Mobile online.

"We were looking for art with impressive artistic merits," said Rosenberg. "We chose Rain Check for First Place because the piece, which depicts a woman speaking on her cell phone in the rain, has mood, evokes feeling and mystery. The brush strokes are painterly and expressionist and the artist uses an interesting color pallet in unexpected ways."

The winning artist, Andrew Willamson, is a college professor in Sussex, England. Williamson is creating a series of art depicting women on mobile phones. "I see them as a bit like the early Cindy Sherman untitled film still photos where the viewer can decide what they are about and complete the picture for themselves," he said. "I have tried quite a few of the other software titles for the iPad, but I like Pen & Ink the best. With Pen and Ink, you can move the canvas around so that it is easy to paint and draw the edges and the corners. I also like the way you can minimize the tools bar and then drag it to one side - this is a great feature and really useful."

Second and Third Place went to Cheriyawan Charalsawad's Kingfisher for her use of watercolor and Jeffrey Rivero's Darkness of Flowers which uses techniques from his favorite artist, Georgia O'Keefe. Charalsawad is a geneticist in Thailand who paints as a hobby and Rivero has been studying art for two years at a community college in Chula Vista, California.

"Winning $500 and having my artwork displayed has made my day!" said Williamson. In fact, the Pen & Ink Art Contest was so popular that the company has decided to sponsor monthly contests based upon different techniques, such as sketches with its graphite pencils or drawings with its new Asian brushes. "It's a win-win," said Katie Beers at Stepping Stone Mobile. "Both our customers and we want to show the world the beautiful art being created on the iPad(R) with Pen & Ink. And, competition is fun."

Device Requirements:
* Compatible with iPad
* Requires iOS 5.0 or later
* 38.8 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Pen & Ink: A Watercolor Notebook 2.3.2 is Free and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Productivity category. Details regarding the next contest will be announced soon at Stepping Stone Mobile online.

Ostrava, Czech Republic - AstrumQ Interactive today is pleased to announce Tapemotto 1.0, their new music player developed for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Tapemotto is designed to provide the user with comfortable and unusual way of controlling the app with the case put not over the back side of the phone, but over its display. Tapemotto is easy to use and the functions like rewinding, sharing content or playlists on social web sites, and many other features are a matter of course. Also "shuffle" can be turned on in an entertaining way by shaking the phone.

However, the original idea to use a cassette case in combination with an app did not form in the Czech Republic, which is the home country of its developers, but in the USA. "The idea came to mind of our colleague George Bujak who saw many people in New York using this type of case. He bought one and played with it and it occurred to him that the holes in the case could be used for controlling an app music player. When he later came back home, he told us about his idea. We were stunned by the idea and started to work on it immediately. We said that we change the world, especially the way the people listen to music on their mobile phones." explained the origin of the app Bc. Ales Vyka, CEO of AstrumQ Interactive.

How can you create your own stylish walkman? You just download the app in AppStore and buy a cassette case. The case is not essential for the use of the app, as it is possible to use the player and all its great features without it, but the developers recommend its purchase in order to achieve the best user experience of the product.

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SquarePrint app for iPhone and iPod touch was released today. It is a productivity tool for everyone shooting photos with their smartphone. With few simple steps app users can order prints, stickers, fridge magnets and even a large poster with their own photos. Photos can be shot using Instagram or any other photo app. SquarePrint can use any photo in iPhone photo library. Photos are printed using the best printing equipment available and shipped worldwide.

Tallinn, Estonia - Tanel Teemusk, an independent mobile developer, today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of SquarePrint, free photo printing services app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. SquarePrint is a productivity tool for everyone shooting photos with their smartphone. With few simple steps, app users can order prints, stickers, fridge magnets and even a wooden framed photo grid using their own photos. Photos can be shot using Instagram or any other photo app. SquarePrint can use any photo in iPhone photo library. Photos are printed using the best printing equipment available and shipped worldwide.

Upon launching the app, user can select one of the pre-designed SquarePrint products. There is six different products currently available ranging from photo prints to fridge magnets and art canvas prints. User will be asked to add photos to the selected product in the tool window once a product is selected. When done designing, user will input her shipping address, pay with PayPal or credit card and wait for the postman to arrive with the prints.

Printing smartphone photos was possible before SquarePrint, but the process of ordering them was a hassle - each photo had to be imported to a desktop computer and manually uploaded to a printing service. This took time and there was no quarantee that the photos are in a correct resolution and format.

SquarePrint app tries to minimise the steps users have to take to get their smartphone photos printed. Using the app, the printed product ordering process can be done in three simple steps. Choose photos, input shipping address and pay. Data entry will have to be done once intially as the app will remember the information entered. SquarePrint app will save the photos to a correct size/resolution and upload them automatically. All of the ordering process can be done on users phone. No desktop computers needed. All this to enable users to get from shooting a photo to a physical print as effortlessly as possible.

This app was designed to bring back physical photographs. There is so much elegance to a photograph in the physical form - it cannot be deleted and it means so much more than a photo on a screen. Each photograph taken and Instagram snapped holds a memory - and now everyone can have those memories in the physical form.

"iPhones are replacing compact cameras and even DSLR's like digital replaced film photography. We're used to share our photos on social media, but have forgotten how it feels to hold a photograph in our hands.", says Tanel Teemusk, hobby photographer and author of the app. "There's something magical about a developed photograph. It's so nice to hand them out as birthday cards to my friends and family or stick them to my fridge as magnets. I just hope that with this new app everybody will be able to feel this magic once again."

With SquarePrint app, users can choose the following pre-designed products to add their photos to:
* Photo Prints printed on a quality 220g thick luster photo paper
* Photo Stickers
* Fridge Magnets
* Poster of 9 photos in a grid
* Photo on art canvas mounted to a frame
* Grid of 9 photos framed with black wooden frame

Device Requirements:
* iPhone 3GS, 4, 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch and iPad

Target Number 1.1 - A New Math Puzzler for All Ages - Published on 06/03/13

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Mobile development company, swenGames today introduces TargetNumber 1.1 for iOS, their newest math puzzler game. TargetNumber is a simple educational game where players are given five numbers and a sixth target number, and they use the five numbers and any combination of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to compute the target number. The Easy puzzles often have over 150 possible solutions and the Hard puzzles have between 10 and 15 possible solutions.

Wallingford, Connecticut - Mobile development company, swenGames today introduces TargetNumber 1.1 for iOS, their newest math puzzler game. TargetNumber is a simple educational game where you are given five numbers and a sixth target number, and you use the five numbers and any combination of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to compute the target number.

You don't need to love math to like math puzzle games; think of the worldwide popularity of Sudoku. Another popular math puzzle game you may remember playing in elementary or middle school with a deck of playing card and the target number 24 is often called the "24 Game". TargetNumber is a very similar educational game, except that you are given five numbers and a sixth target number, and you use the five numbers and any combination of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to compute the target number.

This greater variability allows the difficulty to be tuned for all ages, as explained by swenGames founder John Swensen, "My son in second grade has been my benchmark for setting the difficulty of the easiest level of puzzles. He knows addition and subtraction pretty well and is just learning multiplication and division. I was really striving for this to be a truly educational game and making the game accessible to younger kids was very important to me. I really think we achieved the goal, as my son can completely finish most of the easy puzzles and I have a hard time finishing the hard puzzles."

The Easy puzzles often have over 150 possible solutions, of which you have to find three (3). The Hard puzzles have between 10 and 15 possible solutions, of which you have to find ten (10).

Feature Highlights:
* Simple drag-and-compute interface with a quick rollback feature
* Three levels of difficulty (Easy, Medium, and Hard)
* Three free solutions per day, with an in-app upgrade for unlimited
* With the in-app upgrade, see your past solutions
* Monthly contests for prizes

TargetNumber has a simple interface where you can just drag numbers and mathematical operators to quickly do the computations. It is easy to rollback computations if you get stuck halfway through and can shake the device to shuffle the numbers to get a new perspective. TargetNumber has a single in-app purchase to allow unlimited solutions per day. Without the in-app purchase, the player is limited to finding three solution per day, with a new solution allowed every 8 hours.

Even though targeted as an educational game, swenGames will be conducting monthly high score contests for iTunes gift cards and swenGames merchandise prizes. TargetNumber uses Apple GameCenter to keep the player progressing with Prodigy Points and achievements, progressing all the way from rankings of "Emerging from the Primordial Soup" to "Super-Genius".

Device Requirements:
* iPhone 3GS/4/4S/5, iPod touch (3rd/4th/5th generation), and iPad
* Requires iOS 5.1 or later
* Universal app optimized for display on all iOS devices
* 10.6 MB

Pricing and Availability:
TargetNumber 1.1 is Free and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Educational Games category. Target number is a freemium app with three solutions per day allow for free and unlimited solutions provided as in-app purchases. Please visit swenGames online for more information, including videos and screenshots of the app.

Madrid, Spain - PlayToddlers, largely awarded educational game developer, today announced the release a free version of Dress Up : Professions 1.0, for iPad, iPhone and Android. This release follows the last week launch of the paid version which had a more than excellent reception in parents and their kids.

Sometimes, children tell their parents what they want to be when they grow up: astronaut, doctor, police officer and teacher are the most demanded professions. In Dress Up Professions, toddlers will find a simple, fun and innovative way to learn to dress themselves while they are exploring and experiencing different occupations.

In a market bloated of "I want to be a princess" and "make up like a teenager" games, PlayToddlers' developers founded a better, and more appropriate and instructive approach for our kids in the field of dress-up games.

Dress Up : Professions has two child-friendly sections:

* Garments Puzzle: Where children will dress a lovely boy or girl character with different garments, starting from the briefs (or panties) and socks, to ending with police caps and astronaut gloves. The game features 15 different occupations, for boys and girls, with 9 - 13 pieces for every occupation.

* Occupation Drawing Book: After a hard work dressing explorers and firefighters, the little learners will enjoy painting and coloring the professions they've assembled, reinforcing their learning.

"The whole game was created with the idea in mind of how can it benefit the child, not only teaches some concepts such as left and right, colors and different clothings but also show them real professions in a funny way," said Guillermo Fernandez, PlayToddlers' founder and technical director.

As others apps from the brand, the graphic artwork supervised by Sebastiao Lopes (Creative Director), features hundreds of hand-drawn illustrations crafted with an exquisite care.

English, Spanish, Portuguese

Timing 1.3 brings Fully Automated Time Tracking to OS X - 50% discount - Published on 06/03/13

IMMEDIATE RELEASE

EUROCOMP today announces Timing 1.3, an update to its unique new time tracking application for OS X. In contrast to classic time tracking applications, Timing doesn't require users to manually operate timers. Instead, users' activities like editing documents, surfing the web, and playing games are tracked automatically and can be easily reviewed at a later time. A lite version, limited to todays' and yesterdays' data, is now available for a free trial prior to the purchase.

Windeck-Rosbach, Germany - EUROCOMP today proudly announces an update to Timing, the unique new time tracking application for OS X. In contrast to classic time tracking applications, Timing 1.3 doesn't require users to manually operate timers. Instead, users' activities like editing documents, surfing the web, and playing games are tracked automatically and can be easily reviewed at a later time. This avoids inaccurate time logs and the risk of forgetting to start or stop a timer is eliminated. A lite version (limited to todays' and yesterdays' data) is now available for a free trial prior to the purchase.

The application is targeted at Mac users who are curious about how they spend time using their computer. Timing will give a detailed overview on how much time is lost playing games and browsing websites like Facebook and Twitter. Using these data, users can adapt their behavior in order to increase their productivity.

Freelancers and other professional computer workers can leverage Timing to obtain an overview which projects consume most of their time, allowing them to bill their work hours more accurately.

Timing tracks the path of the currently edited document and the domain of visited websites. It also supports grouping activities into projects for easier aggregation of data. Thanks to this concept, users are able to check what activities they spent time on. Populating projects with data is as easy as drag-and-drop.

Even though it collects sensitive data like the currently used documents, Timing will not compromise the privacy of its users. Recorded data stays safe on the users' computer and a customizable blacklist makes it easy to prevent selected activities from being tracked. In addition, any entry can be erased retroactively.

Language Support:
English and German

System Requirements:
* Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later
* 4.0 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Timing 1.3 is available on the Mac App Store for the limited-time reduced price of $3.99 (USD). For more detailed information, please have a look at the Timing homepage.
