Unlike traditional "algorithmic" music visualizers, tappr.tv lets users tap, swipe, tilt, twirl, and hum to dynamically create kinetic, multi-layered visual "dances" to their favorite music. Beat matching controls lets users synchronize loops of visuals, and network IO enables multiple iDevices to dance simultaneously.
The heart of tappr.tv is the "wand", which responds to a variety of user inputs with bursts of particles and light. There are hundreds of wands available, each personally curated by deeje for their unique and beautiful kinetic qualities.
There are also three input types available: Touch, Audio, and Baton. The Touch input lets users tap and swipe with multiple fingers across the screen. The Audio input transforms pitch detection and volume to spatial placement and size. And the Baton input lets users wave their iDevices around in 360 degrees.
In the Studio area of the app, users can record their wand motions into multiple tracks to create a visual "dance" to a favorite song. When done, users can publish their dances to tappr.tv. There are over 1300 dances already published by pioneers in the bourgeoning tappr.tv community.
In the Theater area, users can watch, rate, and share visuals to their favorite music. With the user's permission, tappr.tv analyzes their music library to identify their favorite artists, and then automatically finds and downloads matching dances.
New in version 6 is the Live area with Beat Matching controls. In addition to configuring and recording multiple wand tracks, users can set the BPM, time signature, and number of measures for the master loop, and can also tap and nudge the tempo dynamically.
Also new in version 6 is Network IO, which allows multiple iDevices to simultaneously connect over WiFi to a Live stage and all dance together in real time. For instance, a VJ can set one device to Audio input, lock another device into Baton input and slip it into her pocket, and let others join the Live stage from their own devices.

Waltham, Massachusetts - ThinkTime Creations LLC is proud to announce today that the popular Mac and iPad app, Polaroid Instant, is now available on the iPhone/iPod touch device. With the all new Polaroid Instant 1.0 app for iPhone, users can snap a photo using the iPhone camera, or select an existing image from the photo library, and apply special effects such as adding an authentic Polaroid filter and then framing it within a Polaroid Classic Border with the option to write a caption. Users are then able to store the newly created Polaroid instant photo or share it on favorite social media websites.
Designed and developed by ThinkTime Creations LLC, an authorized Polaroid licensee, the Polaroid Instant 1.0 app for iPhone mimics the workflow of a classic Polaroid instant camera, with realistic effects - both visual and sound. When a user selects or shoots a photo, an "undeveloped" dark Polaroid film appears to slide out from the camera slot on screen. Slowly the film is developed and the final picture is unveiled for the user to then customize.
The app features 30 unique photo filters, including 10 classic Polaroid filters. Each filter is adjustable in strength, vignette and emulsion artifacts, adding an even more realistic look to users' Polaroid photos. Users may also customize their Polaroid Classic Border, selecting various colors and border effects, writing text on it with 10 handwriting style fonts. Text can be freely resized, rotated and moved around using multitouch gestures.
Images created with the Polaroid Instant 1.0 app for iPhone can be saved to the iPhone photo library or easily shared with friends and family via Email, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr and Instagram (requires Instagram app pre-installed).

VizMac will open, and render the drawing in its window. You can then pan and zoom in the drawing window by using toolbar buttons, keyboard shortcuts, or menu items in the shortcut menu. Also, you can see properties on any shape by opening the Properties and Settings dialog box and then selecting a shape. Additionally, you can set drawing-layer visibility and colors in the Layer Settings tab, and annotation visibility and colors in the Markup Settings tab.
VizMac viewer for Mac allows users to open and view Visio files that were created on a Windows PC using the Microsoft Visio program. Files that are saved as XML (.vss, .vst, .vdx, .vsx, or .vtx) on the Windows platform and given to a Mac user are opened directly on the Mac using VizMac. This transaction takes place in the background and is transparent to the end user. The end user must be connected to the Internet in order for the file to be decoded. The operation of the GUI is very straightforward and logical, allowing users to drill down through hierarchies until they find the phrase they are looking for. For example, in the Conversation Category, touching the thumbnail opens the Basic Conversation page, which includes 9 different Sub-Categories, including: Greetings, Introduction, Invitation/Visit, Relationship, Basic Expression, Expression of Sentiment, Topics of Conversation, Questions/Comprehension, and Opinion. Touching Topics of Conversation opens a page of the same title, which contains 6 different Topics: Family/Age, Leisure/Hobbies, Job/Major in School, Weather/Season, Date/Day, and Time. Finally, touching the Date/Day listing reveals the 4 Sub-Topics.
With English as the Home language and French as the Target language, the Date/Day page lists 4 common questions in English:
* What date is it /today/?
* What day of the week is it /today/?
* When are you /leaving/?
* When did you /come/?
Each question includes its translation written below it (e.g., What date is it today?; Aujourd'hui, quelle date sommes-nous?). Touching the question brings up a full page devoted solely to What date is it /today/? (All words enclosed in slashes appear underlined in blue in the app, indicating that there are several other words available as alternative or replacement words). For example, touching the word "today" displays a dropdown menu of alternate words that fit equally well to express similar ideas (e.g., today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, Saturday, etc.).
Finally, the French translation appears in large letters, and a Speaker button allows the user to hear the phrase aloud. The letters are large enough so that the user can simply show the screen at the person to whom the question is directed, and they can easily read it. Also available is a Slow Read button that plays the translation 10% slower than normal for increased intelligibility.
To enhance use of TS Translator Lite as a language study tool, foreign language students can set up the app to go through every phrase sequentially. Users can have the English phrase heard aloud and then the French phrase, or they may hear phrases repeated more than once or not at all. Finally, there is a global search function, where users can enter a word or phrase and the app will search all 12 Categories.
