When the automated system answers the call all of your information is accessed without any input from you except to verify which of your listed devices you are calling about.

I haven't noticed any difference, and I have registered my Apple devices for years.

The RSS feature in Mail works nicely for me (although I realize that I'll have to find another RSS client when I switch over to ML...)
When the RSS results ("hits"?) appear in my Inbox they're indicating "Read" (no dot in the Unread/Read column). Frequently these show up in my Inbox and escape my notice altogether, and therefore I never see them.
Is there a way to set Read status on RSS items within Mail? Some other means?
Thanks, and
Happy Holidays,
Dave
(This group of helpful people was on my list of things I'm grateful for on this day of Thanks...)

Hi there.
How do you stop the iPad 2 from autocapping the first letter? I need to insert a user ID and password in lowercase, but the iPad keeps capping the first letter. Is there any way to stop it from doing so?

The capital on the user id should be of no concern, the password entry is not auto-capitalised.
OTOH create a "Shortcut" for your account name.

Hi, Barb
To uncap the first letter, simply tap the shift key so that it's not
blue. At least, it works that way on my iPad when I'm typing things.
Hope this helps,
Linda

Barb, you can turn off this "feature" in the iPad. Settings, General,
Keyboard, turn off Auto-capitalization....Jim

Capping is (was) an issue and the shift key doesn't work for this particular thing. I ended up changing the auto caps in the preferences, though, so now I can get in.

I waited for today to see if there are any iPhone 5 specials, but I'm not seeing anything.
What I want is to upgrade my existing Verizon account to the iPhone 5 with the share plan and hotspot so I can also use the data with my iPad 3. I currently have a data plan with my iPad, which I can then drop.
I looked online on Verizon's site, but don't see anything. I understand that the physical stores may have their own specials.
Are there any specials out there that I might have missed?
