A narrator tells the story of Anna and Lucia two girls of Italian origin, who after spending a childhood and a peaceful and happy childhood in Borneo discovered a love affair between their parents, so disgusted, they decide to leave and reach Italy. Here find a very closed society, resulting in great difficulty in entering and get to know people. However, they manage to find a permanent job, but it soon proves a real torture. They are also able to find a partner, but with the help of a marriage agency. Here begin the visits to some of the most important places and monuments of Sicily, but also of Rome, Florence and Venice, where Anna spends her honeymoon. This is illustrated by several images and accurate historical reconstructions. When for the two friends finally everything seemed to go for the best, something happens ... In this first part, which can be defined as "pink", however, are treated different topics of scientific, philosophical, architectural and cultural heritage.
The narrator of this romance is in a state of suffering for the ills of society and human weaknesses that are highlighted in an exaggerated way in this second part, which is characterized by mental ravings and tragicomic adventures that lead to an escape from the sci-fi world of work. With his small boat goes to sea and is called by a mermaid who leads him into an unknown world. It was all a dream ...

With new rules designed specifically for mobile devices, this free iOS app brings a classic game format into the digital age. If you've played vertical strategy games like Connect Four or Captain's Mistress, you'll think you already know how to play this game. That's true to an extent, but the unique twists in Foursies turn a familiar game into a brand new challenge.
In a nutshell: you play four boards at the same time against the same opponent and the first to make lines on two boards wins the game. However, on each turn you must play in a different column on every board! These rules are designed to make the game quicker and more engaging, so that it suits a turn-based mobile app.
By giving the player four moves to make on every turn, it means there's always something to think about. Even if your hand is forced on one board, you still get to make a strategic decision on another. Requiring only two lines to win avoids long, drawn-out end game situations so it doesn't matter if one board starts looking like a stalemate. Most games last between ten and fifteen turns. Foursies even picks a random starting position each time you play, so things begin quickly and every game is different.
"We wanted to bring this family favourite to iOS, but we found that playing the traditional way didn't work well in a casual, turn-based format", said Lightwood's Chris Newman. "It takes several moves before the game gets interesting and in the later stages your move is often forced. Unless your opponent is responding immediately this can get dull very quickly, so we designed Foursies to have more decisions and less grinding".
The most interesting new rule is being forced to play in four different columns. This not only ensures that you can't play the same way on every board, but adds a brand new strategy element to the game.
"Some gamers dismiss Connect Four as trivial because there's a known solution, which means a knowledgable player can always force a win or a draw", said Newman. "Foursies eliminates that possibility! You could try to play a perfect game on one board, but you have to play differently on the other three".
Foursies has a wide range of custom counters to choose from, so players can put their own mark on the game. Counters are unlocked through playing the game, or can be bought via in-app purchase.

From today, it is available for free for Apple devices, while in the coming months it will be available for Android devices.

The game incorporates additional improvements to the avatar in the course of the games, and the ability to share scores with your friends on Facebook and see who takes the lead at all times. It also offers rewards as they are overcoming different missions.
"Jeffrey Space is a very novel game, with innovative graphics. It's very colorful, detailed and offers multiple animations. In addition, each player can customize Jeffrey the frog according to their progress in the game, making it very versatile and unique for each type of player," explains Fernando Garca, Creative Director at Lab Cave.

Third Street Software is pleased to announce the availability of preview releases of Sente 6.6 for Mac and iPad. Sente 6.6 is a major update to popular academic reference manager. New features include a complete overhaul of the library synchronization engine to make it easier than ever to keep reference libraries synchronized across multiple Macs and iPads. Sente 6.6 also now supports Find-in-PDF on both platforms and there is a new, streamlined PDF annotation interface on the iPad.
Denver, Colorado - Third Street Software is pleased to announce that preview releases of Sente 6.6 for Mac and iPad are now publicly available. Sente 6.6 includes several important new features, including a new library synchronization engine, support for Find-in-PDF on both platforms, and a streamlined PDF annotation interface on the iPad.
The new library synchronization engine in Sente 6.6 makes it easier than ever to create, use and share synchronized reference libraries. In the new design, every library created on any device is immediately available to be opened on all other devices. Changes made to any copy of a library are automatically available in all other copies, usually within seconds, as long as the devices are connected to the Internet.
"Most Sente users want to have their research libraries on more than one device these days." said Chuck Coughlin of Third Street Software. "They may do most of their serious research work on their iMac or MacBook, but they also want to be able to work with their libraries on their iPad no matter where they are. The update to sync in Sente 6.6 makes this easier to achieve than it has ever been before. Even users who normally work on a single device will still want to use Sente 6.6, because it maintains an up-to-date backup of all libraries at all times. To recover from a computer disaster, just install the application, log in, and open your libraries - everything will be just as it was before the problem happened."
Sente 6.6 also included a new PDF annotation interface on the iPad. This new interface is designed specifically for academic research, where it is often essential to collect quotations and detailed notes while reading. And, of course, all notes and highlighting created in any copy of a library are synchronized to all other copies automatically.

"MusicalMe addresses that musical impulse we all have inside," said Tom Polum, a partner along with Tamra Hayden and Jean Cheever in uSOUNDit Partners LLC, creator of MusicalMe Images. "Our app uses a sophisticated algorithm to create rich melodies from images that range from a photo of your brother playing soccer to a snapshot of you and your friends at a rock concert."
Users create custom melodies by simply dragging a finger across the image they choose for their composition or choose Auto Play and MusicalMe does the rest. As users tap, swipe, or sweep across the image, different notes are struck according to colors and light levels in that part of the photo. Tapping the "Record" button lets users archive their creation and share it with friends and family via email or social networking sites. Sharing is easy; users can simply click E-mail or Save buttons at the end of a recording session via the Share menu. According to Cheever, "It's the next big thing in photo sharing."
Advanced musicians can delve further into the app by adjusting hundreds of sounds, including real instruments and sound effects, background chords, key changes, sustain, tempo, and more.
Polum, Hayden and Cheever believe the app will appeal to a large audience, since imagery, music, and memories naturally go together. Inspired by busy medical students who had the same problem, Mocha is the simple-to-use app that lets you tap the days you're free and share it with your friends. The app then does the work of figuring out who is free the days you are, and it tells you in an easy to read list.
Rather than use shared calendars that require you to input your schedule (again), Mocha makes it simple and fun. If you're free at all during the day, just tap on it to turn it green. In the Available Friends section, you'll see all the dates you set as free and a list of your friends that also have those days marked as free. It's that easy!

Startup mobile application company Megabones Interactive, LLC today introduces Buster the Nutty Plumber 1.0, an interactive talking friend app for iOS. Buster is a pencil-drawn talking character that reacts to a users touch and sound input. The app offers a variety of cartoon-style animations. Users can poke him in the head or belly, zap him with electricity, make him pull random objects from the toilet and cause him to fart explosively. The app also repeats any audio sound in a funny voice.
Boston, Massachusetts - Megabones Interactive, LLC, a startup mobile applications company, today is pleased to introduce its first interactive "hand-drawn" cartoon character Buster the Nutty Plumber 1.0, a universal application for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad with pencil-sketched animations, speech recognition, jokes and songs.
Buster is a cartoon plumber who is accompanied by a toilet monster friend named 'Flog' that repeats what the user says into their device with a funny voice. In addition to speech repetition, the application offers cartoon-style animations of Buster which are triggered when a user pokes him in the head or belly, zaps him with electricity, pulls random objects from the toilet, etc. The app boasts over 150 different sounds, encouraging users to "tap again for more laughs". Users can view and share images from the "Bustagram" section, which features 15 different photos of Buster with funny captions.
