Hi Otto
ITunes will >> sync << photos between the phone and a particular folder.
I don't personally find it useful as it either keeps or deletes the
photos from both places (synced) and moves a lot of data back and
forth.... The other apps I find are more useful. btw - I don't use
iPhoto either....
Dan,
How can iTunes be used to copy photos *from* an iPhone's camera roll *to* a
computer?

Thanks, but I know and do that. This is syncing with the iPhone *Photos*
app.
Dan, however, said that iTunes could copy/sync photos from the iPhone
Camera app to the computer. This is news to me.

Almost the only situation where I have a problem with it is when I'm in Safari, with multiple windows open, and multiple tabs in each window, and I want to close a tab, but end up quitting Safari.
A little tedious with multiple windows of multiple tabs.

I've done that and it certainly is tedious.
To prevent that, you can set Safari > Preferences > Tabs > Confirm before
closing multiple tabs or windows.
(This might be different in different Safari versions).

Well, I was disappointed to find that it's not there in Safari v 6.0.3.

I have a screen saver that pulled up an image that is hidden on my iMac HD. Is there an app that will display ALL images on a HD without having to open any folders. I thought I had lost this image, but the screen saver found and displayed it somehow.
I'd like an app that in one window display all images on a HD, no folders.

Do you have to have something integrated, or would separate applications do?
This page is for attorneys, but it also lists general personal information managers (PIM's) and office management apps:

Separate apps would work as long as they pass information to each other.

When I compose a new email message using Mail and start to fill in the To field, I see email addresses long since removed from my Address Book.
Is there any way to clean up this cache of old addresses?
Thanks,
Dave

When one of the unwanted addresses comes into the ''To39;' field on your new email message, right or control click on it and you have several options, one of which is 'remove from previous recipient's list'.

want.
This might vary with different Mail versions.
Note that this will not delete Address Book cards.
