Don't have mine with me or I could tell you which. All types (for instance, avi doesn't) don't transfer via itunes. Has to be the right kind.. There are free converters.

It is a Windows Media Audio/Video file.
I went to I tunes but still don't know how to transfer it.

You'll need to get it into an iPod compatible format (MPEG4). Look here for
possible solutions (I do not own, or use a Windows-powered computer,
therefore I don't have any direct experience using these programs!):

Once you've obtained an mp4 version of your video, open iTunes, click on
File and select "Import to Library", then navigate to the video and choose
it. Now sync your iDevice.
