The company is taking this process a stage further by creating a public forum where anyone can say whatever he or she wants, discussing games, just by logging in with their Facebook account.

Each cycle consists of four main phases that culminate in a period of rapid eye movement, the most important phase during every sleep session. Interrupting a sleep cycle can cause drowsiness and negatively influence the natural restoring process, whereas Productive Sleeps prevents this by calculating recommended times to ensure waking occurs only at the end of a full cycle - helping users to feel good regardless of the total sleep time available.

Dublin, Ireland - There are a lot of apps out there for relaxation and aiming to alleviate insomnia but until now they have only gone so far as to offer a collection of sounds. While these apps have been effective and many, they haven't evolved much since the inception of the iPhone. However, that is about to change with Meditation Man Apps' debut app, Meditation Man 3D Sound.

Meditation Man 3D Sound will launch in the iTunes Appstore on 2nd May 2012 and is sure to change things. MM 3D Sound is a new and innovative evolution on the iPhone relaxation app. Yes it has a collection of engineered sounds for relaxation, sleep and meditation but that's not the end of it. With those sounds comes 3D sound effects and animated visuals aiming to create a more immersive experience for the user.

MM 3D Sound works just like all the other relaxation apps providing sounds. It does that but tap the screen and the sound effect changes. A positional object moves in 3D space along with the sound effect against a beautiful and animated backdrop. A backdrop that the user can create by combining foregrounds and backgrounds.

This is what they are referring to as it's combinational style. With 25 animated backgrounds, 21 foreground graphics, 10 positional objects, 5 3D sound effects and 52 sounds built into the app, the combinations possible reach a staggering 1,365,000. That's bound to account for a lot of peoples tastes. It sounds like a lot but they make it really easy to find what you need.

The app works from the moment you start it. Using simple gestures the user can control almost everything without having to enter into the settings and hunting through items with obscure names like 'Aurora'. With a few simple swipes and taps on the main interface the whole experience changes. It's really that simple and immediate.

The choices don't end there. They've even allowed for the user to record their own sounds and import others. "We really wanted to make this an app that our users could make their own", commented Lewis Smith, developer of MM 3D Sound. "There are so many apps out there with sounds but I've always found it difficult to find what I really want in those apps. And I couldn't believe there wasn't an app out there with 3D Sound and animated visuals. At least, not that I know of. With our app you can combine the elements you want and create your own little relaxing space with just some swipes and taps. And if you think you have better sounds... well just record or add them. And we don't plan on stopping there. We have an idea in our heads now about importing visuals too and maybe a free accompanying app to let the user make their own. But that's just an idea at the moment".

There are all the usual elements that you would find in a relaxation app. A sleep timer, lists to choose from with icons representing the images or sounds and even the option to save your favorites. It's all it's unique features, yet it's ease of use that make this a great app.
