I can't get any shortcuts to work.
Tried D startup mgr, F12 eject media, SHFT safe mode. OS X just runs normally. Pressed keys as soon s chime dings, continue well into rotating gear.

The iTunes problem solved itself. Can't say what did it.
TNX for the reply,
Jim

I concur. I have often heard it used in an angry and accusative way.
It is less like "Are you pulling my leg?" than it is like "Are you f***ing with me?"

You are right but in this case I was suggesting that Dan might be "funning
with me" by pretending not to know something that he surely must.
Anyway, back to Mac support ...

Dan
You're welcome. I get a lot of useful info from you!
I'll violate my own rule just this once. I normally don't do the "thank you" back and forth routine. Please don't feel insulted when I don't reply that way.
