I have a question ? Any body ... i need to scan a 10 pages document, so how do i put it all together to become one file with my MacBook Pro ? not 10 files ?

Scan into a PDF rather than individual images.

Quick method:
When you are done scanning (JPEG, PNG, PDF, whatever), drag them (all together) into Preview. It will open one image up front, then show you the rest in a side drawer. Drag-drop into the correct order, if they aren't already.
Print, then use Save as PDF in the print dialog.

Because this uses the print engine, however, it may introduce extra margins, force each image onto a letter- or A4-sized background, etc.
More control method:
Scan all images as PDF, then drag/open them all together into Preview. In the side drawer, you can drag the others (one by one) onto the first "page" and Preview will create a multiple page PDF file. When you're done dragging and everything is in order, save.
