Hi Norma,

Not sure what the issue is with your office PC but for the iPhone. Look at the iPhone in iTunes, make sure that under Music the Playlist is selected for syncing or if you want all playlists then all playlists are selected.

PS - I'm assuming that your problem is because you are not syncing your entire music library. If this isn't the case then not sure what the problem is.
