Additional enhancements and bug fixes with this release include:
* Servoy 4, 5, 6 File Formats - The new Servoy version menu enables Servoy developers to choose among the three most recent file format versions. Using the current file formt version reduces load times and eliminates the need for the Servoy Eclipse IDE to upgrade the file format the first time the project is loaded.

* Servoy Style Sheet Optimization - A new preference item enables style info to be automatically removed from each object of the generated Servoy project. Setting the Object Style menu to "None", removes font name, font size, color and style info for objects on each form. This feature enables the Servoy developer to quickly assign stylesheets to forms within the Servoy Eclipse IDE. Previously, it was necessary to manually remove style info from each object before assigning a style sheet to the form.

* Field Editable Property - The field editable property is now set automatically to match the original FileMaker Pro field behavior setting.

* Portals and Portal Fields - Improvements have been made to resolve missing portal fields embedded within nested Tab Panels. An issue with the truncation of portal relationship names has also been resolved.

* FmigScriptConversion.db3 Feature Restored - A pathname issue has been resolved with the FmigScriptConversion.db3 file which affected Servoy and FileMaker to Access conversions on MacOS X.

FmPro Migrator Platinum Edition is priced at ($600) per developer and includes a copy of FmPro Migrator Platinum Edition for both MacOS X (Universal Binary) and Windows platforms. Existing FmPro Migrator Developer Edition customers may upgrade to FmPro Migrator Platinum Edition for $400.

Columbus, Ohio - Francisco Padilla, indie game developer, is proud to announce today the official release of Beat Enigma, a casual puzzle game for iOS platform. Available on the Apple Store, this new game offers a twist to the classic match-3 style over an endless moving board.

Beat Enigma portraits a typical situation, machines took over the world. The plot thickens with an archrival, Enigma, the central computer, source for encryption of communication. The player is part of the resistance, in the role of a hacker with the mission to crack the enigma code and dismantle the machine.

Enigma's screen is a matrix of colorful symbols, grouped by streams in continuous vertical movement, each one with different directions and speeds. The hacker cracks codes by swiping its finger over three or more symbols of the same type, or over four or more different symbols, when these share the same row. With a clock running out at each level, the player's precision is tested. The speed of streams and complexity of game change after each part is destroyed. By identifying special codes, the players boost their hacking abilities to reach the ultimate goal of Enigma destruction.

Even when simple in conception, the board movement makes the player keep strongly focus to predict possible matches. This game allows player to tweet about their performance and publish scores and achievements to the Game Center and Facebook, where players may therefore compare their performance with their friends.

Shapes are of various sizes, colors, and 3D deformations, but each has a flat base with either three or four sides. When correctly completed, the flat bases of the assembled shapes form a perfect square, with no gaps or overlaps. Featuring two modes of play, automatic positioning, tap to rotate a quarter turn, and drag to position, Evil Square is for players of all ages. The game challenges the puzzle solver to visualize and experiment with the way irregular shapes, having few 90-degree angles, fit together.

Evil Square includes four puzzle packs with 20 puzzles each. Players can choose either Classic Mode or Evil Mode. In Classic Mode, players are scored by the amount of time they take to complete each puzzle. They can ask for up to three hints per puzzle, with a 30-second penalty for each hint. In Evil Mode, the puzzles are completely different, and players have a maximum of two minutes to complete each puzzle. There are no hints available in Evil Mode. In addition, players progress from puzzle to puzzle, but if they fail at any time, they are required to start over from the beginning.

The colors and shading of each 3D shape are realistic and add visual flair to gameplay. The puzzles quickly become quite challenging, requiring fitting together 5 - 12 differently shaped and sized pieces. As players reach higher levels, the playing grid increases in size, allowing for more puzzles of greater complexity. Fortunately, only the bases of each shape must fit together; the third dimension, height, does not affect gameplay.

There is a major emphasis on rectilinear thinking and visualization in modern society. Books, television screens, houses, furniture, and many mass produced objects reflect the primacy of the box and the 90-degree angle. Evil Square is a game that challenges the player to manipulate, both mentally and physically, three and four-sided shapes that do not possess the structural right angles we are accustomed to. These puzzles are difficult at higher levels, and they provide much entertainment and mental exercise.

For an app to be listed it must meet two conditions, the app will open and the app will open in 64-bit mode by default. Other 64-bit apps that do not meet these two conditions will not be listed because they will not open or open in 32-bit mode only.

The way SixtyFour works is simple. A selected check box indicates that the application will open in 32-bit mode, a non-selected check box indicates that the application will open in 64-bit mode and a disabled check box indicates that the application will only open in 64-bit mode.

An app opened in 64-bit mode uses significantly more memory than its 32-bit counterpart. On systems that have little memory available, it is better to open a 64-bit app in 32-bit mode. Forcing a 64-bit app to open in 32-bit mode reduces its memory usage significantly and its startup time. Eliminating the memory overhead could potentially lead to an increase in overall system performance.

Brisbane, Australia - Turnsy Games today is pleased to introduce Worm Town 1.03 free for iOS, their new side-scroller Game where players control a friendly slippery worm as he worms his way through one of two endless courses, snow or fire. Featuring simple, one-touch control, the game is far more challenging than it appears. Touching the screen causes the worm to wriggle forward and upwards, and releasing it, he moves forward and downwards. Players must be careful not to let any trailing part of the worm touch a wall or barrier, or the worm comes apart, breaking up into six disconnected parts, ending the round.

Similar in some ways to side-scrollers where players use a single control to continuously alter the buoyancy of fish swimming from left to right, Worm Town is a bit more difficult. Starting from its head, each body part is slightly smaller, and as the worm moves upward, his body follows in a serpentine motion. So rather than a solid body fish that ascends or descends, the worm is a constantly rippling, dynamic creature being pulled forward from his head.

Players are controlling the upward and downward movement of an animal that behaves like a string of beads, and breaking one bead off by touching a top wall, bottom wall, or barrier, ends the round. While the worm moves forward somewhat slowly, he ascends and descends more quickly, which makes navigating extremely challenging. Comparing distances achieved via Game Center may initially reveal many low scores, though the endless courses with barriers and enemy worms can be played indefinitely.

About MDB databases limits (for Access up to version 2003):
Database file size can be up to 1 gigabyte. However, because the database can include linked tables in other files, its total size is limited only by available storage capacity. Maximum number of characters in a table and field name is 64, maximum number of fields in a table is 255, maximum number of characters in a Text field is 255 and maximum number of characters in a Memo field is 65535 when entering data through the user interface and 1 gigabyte when entering data programmatically.
