Pro-PA aids speech therapists and teachers in collecting information and gives them the ability to choose which areas of skill development to target and measure their student or patient's treatment effectiveness and skill growth over time.

Pro-PA provides its users with the ability to enter students' information, track their progress, and quickly view a student's skill level or a group's average skill level with color coded scores. The versatile app provides automatic analyses in the following skill areas: blending, deleting, isolating, rhyming, segmenting, and substituting. It also features a color changing counter that helps students to visualize segmenting and provides them with support when attempting segmenting.

Tanya Coyle states, "Whether you are assessing an individual child or entire classrooms, the Pro-PA can give you the information you need about each student's, or group's, strengths and weaknesses. Then, you can target weaknesses more specifically and improve student outcomes."

Pro-PA provides teachers and speech therapists with the flexibility of choosing which sections to administer and the option of skipping sections without compromising the totals in other areas. Most areas are tested with separate information about consonant clusters. Another excellent feature of Pro-PA is the option to add notes throughout the assessment; for faster administration, users can utilize prewritten common errors or answer patterns. Once administration is complete, the results can be immediately emailed and printed.

"As a school board SLP, I include phonological awareness skills in almost every student assessment I do. I have found that it is an important (but often overlooked) skill for reading and writing, as well as articulation skills and auditory processing," she continues, "I created the Pro-PA to use in my own practice, but also with the functionality that many educators and other SLPs may want in a phonological awareness test."

The user then may click on "Share Now" to update his Facebook or Twitter network , then on "email" to send to employers. Apple's native email client appears with a plain text version of the resume, ready to be processed immediately into an employer's key word searchable database and with a PDF version attached, both ready for distribution. The subject line offering the plain text resume, preferred by 80% of employers or the PDF, if preferred, becomes the succinct, time saving substitute for the traditional cover letter. The user then puts in the email address of the selected employer, associate or job board and presses "send". Speed counts. 2WayResume App is based on speed, tech short cuts and social media savvy, a combination which makes it a streamlined, effective tool for job search on the go.

Doodle Fit derives its name from the simple, blocky doodles one might create on large grid graph paper. All blocks or pieces in a Doodle Fit puzzle can be drawn on graph paper and consist of a figure that encloses one, two, three, or four squares. There are no diagonals, and so blocks have some resemblance to such letters as: T, I, L, etc. Similarly, the shapes of each puzzle can be drawn on graph paper, and consist of straight horizontal or vertical lines connected by ninety-degree angles. Returning to the graph paper analogy, the number of squares required to construct all the blocks (puzzle pieces) is always the same as the number of squares enclosed by the puzzle shape. The challenge in each puzzle is discovering a correct arrangement of the blocks so that they fit into the shape perfectly. Auto-activation:

Face detection:
Witness can be set to restrict motion detection to human faces. This may come in handy when you have pets running around the house.

Motion detection sensitivity:
Optimize camera settings for a specific environment.

Multiple cameras:
Connect and use up to 3 USB or Firewire cameras per Mac, making it easier to protect larger areas.

Applescript support:
It's now possible to have AppleScripts executed when arming and disarming the alarm, or when motion is detected. For example, you could turn on your music player to startle the thief.

Witness uses advanced motion detection. The alarm system can be controlled and monitored remotely using either the web app, or the free iOS app. These apps allow the user to remotely arm or disarm the alarm and they instantly alert the owner when motion is detected, showing mugshots and video of the intruder.

During the whole operation the calculator displays the complete calculation path for each single calculation step. Operators and Brackets are checked and set automatically. The final results and formulas can be persist in the flash memory and as a full record in the internal database as well. The Database records can be sent via email in normal text format for the universal use in other documents.

Especially for scientist and students a glossary with over 600 specific math terms has been setup. Real Friends vs. the Other Kind is based on Book 2 of the award-winning Middle School Confidential series written by teen expert and anti-bullying activist Annie Fox, M.Ed., and illustrated by Harvey Award-winner Matt Kindt. Designed for 8- to 14-year-olds, the iPad app gives readers a look at how their peers handle making friends, resolve disputes, and deal with common hazards of the middle school social scene - like gossip, exclusion, peer pressure, and cyberbullying. The app puts decision-making power into the hands of readers, with interactive quizzes that let readers choose how they would handle these situations.

Real Friends vs. the Other Kind makes full use of iPad technology - containing richly layered audio with movie-like sound effects and music and featuring the option to zoom in for frame-by-frame reading or zoom out for a page-by-page view. About the Author:
Annie Fox, M.Ed., has been teaching, writing, and creating innovative content for kids for many decades. In 2010, Annie founded Cruel's Not Cool!, a popular anti-bullying forum for students, parents, and teachers. Matt Kindt was born in 1973 to a pair of artistically supportive parents. Matt is the Harvey Award-winning writer and artist of the graphic novels Super Spy and 2 Sisters and co-creator of the Pistolwhip series.
