With a simple Drag & Drop, AppDelete will uninstall anything along with all of the associated items. Mac users will no longer have to hunt through their system to find and delete these items manually.
You can drag any item that can be uninstalled onto AppDelete: Applications, Widgets, Preference Panes, Plugins, Screensavers, etc. You can also activate AppDelete in many ways: dragging items onto main window, onto dock icon, selecting in menu, right-clicking using AppDelete workflow, dragging from Launchpad, and throwing items in the trash. When the preview screen appears you can uncheck any items you would like to exclude.
You also have several choices: delete the items, log only the items, or archive (copy) the items to a .zip file for safekeeping or reinstall at a later date. The items you delete will be moved to the trash and arranged in a folder so that you can see exactly what was deleted and you know exactly where it came from. PopChar has been at the hands of writers, publishers, and designers for 25 years, helping them to find and type special characters. Now, at its 25th anniversary, PopChar 6 goes a step further and adds great new features for exploring installed fonts from a designer's perspective.
Based on a a streamlined user interface, the new "Font Preview" feature gives an impression of a selected font by showing representative characters and a selectable piece of text in multiple font sizes. In addition, the new "Sample Text" feature shows what the font looks like when applied to typical text fragments. Various predefined samples can be selected and users can customize their own sample text. A slider lets you quickly view the text samples in various font sizes. Both the "Font Preview" and the "Sample Text" views can be printed to create beautiful font sheets.
PopChar X 6.0 also supports Unicode 6.1, the latest release of the Unicode Standard, which adds characters to support additional languages of China, other Asian countries, and Africa.
Furthermore, PopChar X has been improved to offer best compatibility with OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) as well as with third-party applications like Adobe Illustrator CS3 to CS6. Many internal enhancements lead to improved speed, faster startup, and less background activity. The photo appears on a Ticket listing the offender's crimes. The user then then saves and prints or shares the Ticket on Facebook, email, by text or Twitter. The app is available for all iOS devices. It is similar to the successful paper "Fashion Police" ticket books, but has the added photo and social media advantages.

Colour matching games have been around since the dawn of time, the earliest recorded version of one having been played on a cave wall. Probably. Dublin, Ireland - Independent developers Chris, James and Simon have announced the release of version 1.2 of their flash card alphabet app, The Lonely Beast ABC, for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. The app - based on Chris Judge's much loved children's book The Lonely Beast and built in a shed at the end of the garden - has earned glowing reviews from Boing Boing and Children's Technology Review as well as plenty of 5-star App Store ratings from happy parents around the world. Planning for the app began in the spring of 2011. The three friends - Chris Judge (illustration and narration), James Kelleher (coding and design) and Simon Judge (music and sound effects) - were determined to find the best way to help kids learn the alphabet and discover new words. "We already knew how well children connected with The Lonely Beast", says James, "and I'd really fallen for the character myself, as soon as I saw the book. So we decided to lock Chris in a moderately comfortable garden shed until he'd come up with 26 new hand-drawn scenes featuring the Beast and his friends. Planning for the app began in the spring of 2011. The three friends - Chris Judge (illustration and narration), James Kelleher (coding and design) and Simon Judge (music and sound effects) - were determined to find the best way to help kids learn the alphabet and discover new words. "We already knew how well children connected with The Lonely Beast", says James, "and I'd really fallen for the character myself, as soon as I saw the book. So we decided to lock Chris in a moderately comfortable garden shed until he'd come up with 26 new hand-drawn scenes featuring the Beast and his friends.
