The game was created for kids and is available on the App Store for $0.99. The game allows the player to guide Kare, an adorable red dragon, as she tries to dodge colorful, yet vengeful cakes.
Frosting Fallout is a unique game concept in that the character's objectives are primarily defensive. As the levels progress, the difficulty increases with the number and speed of cakes. While avoiding cakes, Kare has the ability to collect Power-Ups. These are not always beneficial and range from Armor (temporary invincibility) to Size Enhancement (making Kare bigger and limiting her ability to dodge). These Power-Ups are randomly implemented throughout the levels, ensuring every playthrough is different. This, combined with Game Center integration which allows players to compare scores, gives the game a high replay value.
