OK, it used to be part of a contextual menu if I remember right.
THanks.

I don't recall seeing it there, but I cannot go back to check, as I only have 10.8 running now, so I could be wrong.

I use Mac Mail and not Gmail.
Try using Mac Mail instead of Gmail.

The two are not exclusive. I have a gmail account I access using OSX Mail, using I imap.

On first use Lion or Mountain Lion has to do some form of format modification on every existing mail. The more mail, the more time.

> Question...why erase and totally rewrite to your backup drive when you perform a SD backup? That takes forever (2 hours, as you mentioned). SD allows you to do a Smart Incremental backup so your backup drive is an exact clone, and it usually takes me no more than 10 minutes. You can still make it a bootable drive, with ACLs, etc. I have booted from my cloned backup drives to test it and they work the same as booting from the original. I have my computer set to do an automatic, smart, incremental backups of both my OS/Apps drive and my Data drive every night at 1:30AM. Before I go to bed, I log out, and log back in while holding down the shift key. This prevents certain apps from loading and helps insure an exact duplicate (according to SuperDuper.

Perhaps because I've been doing it for a long time using a "set it and forget it" script? Sounds as though I should change (and if it takes only 10 minutes for the smart, incremental backups I'd probably do it every night if there's no downside).
Perhaps someone else will chime in and tell us both why "Get Info" produces "Misinfo".

Jim,
Send an email to David at Shirt Pocket. He is very good about responding, though his answers are pretty succinct. He can probably tell you why Get Info doesn't show the latest activity.
BTW, I have seen no downside to doing smart, incremental backups to create a clone.
