The Interval Trainer GO suite includes the original ITGO, ITGO Matrix, ITGO Calorie and iPad versions ITGO HD and Matrix HD. The temporary sales point represents a reduction of 75% and 85%.

The Interval Trainer GO suite includes the original ITGO, ITGO Matrix, ITGO Calorie and iPad versions ITGO HD and Matrix HD. With the entire suite set to go on sale for 99 cents, the temporary sales point represents a reduction of 75% and 85 % for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad versions respectively.
The ITGO suit of interval timers by Appnoose Ltd, London, is a suite of Apps for iPhone and iPad devices that offers the user better control over their HIIT workouts and calorie burning. Interval Trainer GO automates the process of interval training by providing visual, audio (in the form of dual music playlists and beeps) and vibration based stimuli in an elegant and simple package.
"Carnival is a celebration and a very visual spectacle both in terms of the costumes and the amount of flesh on display. However as 26% of the British population is obese and over 60% overweight, I'm sure there will plenty of people who wished they had taken on an exercise programme featuring HIIT earlier as it's been proven to be much more effective in burning bodyfat with the effects lasting longer through out the day." says Owen Hunte ITGO creator and Appnoose MD.
Interval Trainer GO alerts users by vibration on the iPhone, dual music playlist changes and visual cues that the programmed workout intervals are progressing. ITGO and ITGO Calorie offer two dial timers with separate progress indicators.
ITGO Matrix features the world's first programmable 'pods' that are colour coded based on speed of the interval they represent.
For users focused on strictly burning as many calories as possible there is ITGO Calorie which features programmable warm up and cool down modes, improvements in ratio control upgraded graphics and Active Calorie Monitor algorithms that give useful calorie information.
The minimum recommended devices and iOS for ITGO Calorie are iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4th generation running iOS 4.3. and only devices supporting multi-tasking will support all the above features. Vibration alerts is not supported on the iPod touch or iPad.
The Interval Trainer Go iOS App suite will be on sale for 99 cents from August 24th and 25th 2013 and will be available on the Apple App store.
