This app features an innovative and interactive approach to helping children learn to write uppercase letters and recognize the sound of each letter. Created by Kumon, the world's largest supplemental learning provider, the app includes both a Letter Tracing Activity and Letter Sounds Activity to help children master the alphabet.

This app features an innovative and interactive approach to helping children learn to write uppercase letters and recognize the sound of each letter.

Created by Kumon, the world's largest supplemental learning provider, the Uppercase ABC's app includes two educational activities. The Letter Tracing Activity features an innovative 3-step process for learning how to write letters, and an option for learning to write letters in order of simplicity, which is unique to Kumon. In the Letter Sounds Activity, children learn basic phonics by matching each written letter with the sound it makes in a fun quiz format.

"The Kumon Method of learning aims to help each individual child realize his or her full potential, and we are excited to release our first iPad app to support that goal in a whole new way," said Brian Klingborg, Senior Vice President of Kumon Publishing North America, Inc.

In the Kumon Uppercase ABC's app, the Letter Tracing Activity helps children master the uppercase alphabet. It features an innovative 3-step approach with interactive sights, sounds, and touch. Each stage challenges the child to write more independently than the previous step, and gives them three opportunities to practice writing each letter.

The parent can choose whether letters are shown in alphabetical, random, or Kumon order. The unique Kumon Method teaches letters in order of complexity, helping children master easier letters such as L and T before moving on to more challenging letters with diagonal or curved lines.

"Kumon Uppercase ABC's includes reinforcement and rewards to make learning more fun," Brian Klingborg said. "Each letter is paired with a delightful interactive illustration of a familiar word so children learn the basic phonics that lay the foundation for reading."

When all of the letters are successfully completed, the child will receive a special Certificate of Achievement inside the app. This certificate can be customized with the student's name and emailed for printing.

With the app's Letter Sound Activity, children can practice matching the sound of each letter with its written symbol. The app asks aloud, "Touch the letter that makes the sound R" and the student chooses from three on-screen letters.

If an incorrect letter is tapped, the letter sound will repeat until the correct letter is chosen. When a child chooses the correct letter, its sound and name will be repeated to reinforce the knowledge before the next letter is shown.

InCube Chess is a new stage in evolution of the classic chess game, which is transferred into three-dimensional space. Overcoming limitations of two-dimensional classic chess, Chess InCube saves their traditions and basics, but invests a lot of new possibilities.
The transfer of the game into three-dimensional space is resulted to explosive increase the number of moves and variants of game course that brings to new tactical and strategic possibilities.

The developers said that it takes 10-20 minutes to catch the idea how to play, and accumulate to the new game rules, adopt to the game interface. In game it is possible to play both with the partner-person, and with the built-in robot, which has three levels of complexity. Cocktail is a general purpose utility for OS X that lets you clean, repair and optimize your Mac. The application serves up a perfect mix of maintenance tools and tweaks, all accessible through a clean and easy to use interface. Cocktail's features are arranged into five categories that helps you manage various aspects of your computer. It also comes with an automatic Pilot mode that allows you to simply press a button and relax, knowing that Cocktail will take care of the rest.

What's new:

* Added "Disable local snapshots" setting (System - Time Machine). If you are using Time Machine with an external disk on a MacBook, Time Machine will keep a copy of the latest backup on your internal drive. This is done to ensure that all changes to files and documents will be backed up even when you're not connected to your Time Machine disk, however it can take up significant amounts of disk space. Cocktail can disable the local backups (called snapshots) and free up the space used by Time Machine. Warning: By disabling the local Time Machine backups you reduce the effectiveness of your backups and you risk losing data.

* Added "Disable spelling correction" setting (Interface - General). OS X Lion comes with a built in spellchecker and autocorrection system, similar to iOS, which Cocktail can disable.

* Added "Disable Character Picker" setting (Interface - General). In Lion Apple introduced an iOS-style Character Picker to allow easier access to non-standard characters. You can access the character picker by pressing and holding an alphabetic key on your keyboard, however the Picker overrides the keyboard's repeat functionality. By activating this option in Cocktail you disable the Character Picker and restore the repeat function.

* Added "Disable the New Window animation" setting (Interface - General). This disables the zooming animation shown when a new window is displayed on the screen.

* Added "Enable mouse over on stacks" setting (Interface - Dock). When enabled a mouse over effect will appear when hovering over a stack in the Dock.

* Added "Disable Reply animation" setting (Interface - Mail). Mail shows an animation when you reply to an email in Lion. When you activate this option Cocktail disables this animation.

* Added "Disable Send animation" setting (Interface - Mail). Mail shows an animation when you send an email in Lion. When you activate this option Cocktail disables this animation.

* Added "Disable leather skin in Address Book" setting (Interface - Misc). This option disables the leather theme used in Address Book and replaces it with the metal style interface used in Snow Leopard.

* Added "Disable leather skin in iCal" setting (Interface - Misc). This option disables the leather theme used in iCal and replaces it with the metal style interface used in Snow Leopard.

The update also addresses several issues:
* an issue in which Cocktail may freeze when trying to gather disk information
* an issue in which the journaling state of the case-sensitive HFS disks could not be detected
* an issue in which improper permissions were applied to the File Sharing logs during the rotation of these logs and contains other minor improvements as well as updated Help files.

Cocktail 5.1 (Lion Edition) requires OS X / OS X Server 10.7 and is tested for compatibility with OS X / OS X Server 10.7.2. Cocktail (Snow Leopard Edition) for OS X 10.6 and Cocktail (Leopard Edition) for OS X 10.5 are available for download from our website.

Cubyrinth is a puzzle game for players that like to be challenged by a puzzle. We at Dust.Bit.Games tried to create a consumable, 3 dimensional approach to the maze genre. The easy touch screen controls eliminate unnecessary challenges, so the player can focus completely on the puzzle itself.

What is a Cubyrinth?
A Cubyrinth is a cubic maze build out of smaller cubes. The goal of the player is it to guide his prototype (character) to different targets within the Cubyrinth. To do so, the player has to build ways through rotating rows of white cubes. Each accessible cube automatically changes it color to notify the player about possible ways. Once the player connects his prototype with the target, his prototype sets off.

The game makes use of a rating system with three categories for each solved Cubyrinth. Those ratings give the player instant feedback about how good their solution was, and where they can improve themselves.

It has 28 unique Cubyrinths, with more than 70 goals, split into 3 difficulty groups. Each Cubyrinth varies in it�s size (3 / 4 / 5), color and structure, but all of them will give the player an extraordinary challenge.

Enemies and the customizable prototype:
To spice things up, some Cubyrinths are protected by Turrets and/or Triones. Turrets are heavy armored stationary security systems, which will destroy the prototype on line of sight. But even more dangerous are the mobile security units, called Triones. Those fast bots will hunt the prototype as soon as they are able to find a way.

The game features a customizable prototype. The base of the prototype is a simple engine. Through solving Cubyrinths, the player is able to unlock upgrades from different sets which will allow him to customize the prototype on three different upgrade slots.

With Memories HD, gamers can create different decks of cards featuring photos of friends and family on the face of each card. The game creates a six by six matrix of face down cards, and players must correctly find and match the 18 pairs hidden in the array.

With Memories HD, gamers can create different decks of cards featuring photos of friends and family members on the face of each card. Gameplay is for one to four players, and families can enjoy reminiscing as they play. The game creates a six by six matrix of face down cards, and players must correctly find and match the 18 pairs hidden in the array. Based on the traditional card matching game, variously known as Concentration, Memory, Pelmanism, or Pairs, this personalized version of the game in Memories HD is especially enjoyable to play.

Gameplay is simple. The first player touches one of the 36 face down cards, revealing its face. Then the player attempts to touch the face down card that is the unique match. The second card touched, it flips to reveal its face. If it is a match the player scores and gets another turn, and the two cards are removed from the board, and if it is not a match, both cards are again turned face down. If there is more than one player, play proceeds by turns. If it is a solitaire game, the single player continues. The game challenges players to remember the identity and location of each card revealed so they can create matches during their turn. Decks of 18 different card pairs can be created from photos stored on the user's mobile device or from Facebook photos.
