What I have been doing for a while now is to start all of my folder names with an "_" this character will cause all of the folders to show up at the top of the list.
Good Luck,
Alex

What is the point of doing this?
_ A
or
A
Will have both show up at the top of a list.
Or, just use List View and sort up or down by your choice of:

No, a folder starting with _A or even _Z will show up before any file starting with A.

Correct. I'm surprised Dan didn't get the point of the _ prefix.

Others work, also, such as *, -, ~, etc., and just a space will work. You can even order the folders in different ways by using various prefixes. Be aware that some things can't be used as prefixes, and some can, possibly interfere with some processes, such as posting particular files in folders with certain prefixes to websites.
