Pusan, Korea - ATO has announce that its new 3D dash game, 'Galaxy Dash' is now free for a limited time. You run across galaxy. But you may encounter numbers of obstacles. You must evade these obstacles and arrive in next galaxy under some conditions. Your journey is full of extreme speed.

The wormhole consists of several lanes. And you run on the one of these lanes. If you head for obstacles on your lane, you must jump to adjacent lane to evade it. Just jump to left or right. And there are lots of GP (game point) items on the track, you could do worse than collect it to enhance your traveller. If the GP item is on the other lanes, you need to jump to that lane also.

And there are several skills that help you play easier. You can enhance your traveller with GP. If you buy new costume for your traveller, you can use more skills. And every trails you equip have different effects. Some trails have immunities to one more obstacles, and they will be very helpful.

There are 3 more play modes. So called, 'Mission mode', 'Flight mode' and 'Ghost mode'

Mission mode is a basic play mode. A track is divided into several checkpoints, and each checkpoint has maximum 2 missions. You have to satisfy conditions to clear the mission.

Once you clear a track with Mission mode, you can play 'Ghost mode'. The Ghost is your past. This means that you compete your previous play!

In the Flight mode, you fly not run by tilting your iPhone or iPod. You must not bump on the wormhole wall.

Vilnius, Lithuania - Pepi Play today is pleased to introduce Pepi Bath 1.0 for iOS, their new, interactive game for kids 2 - 8 that allows parents and children to guide Pepi through the various steps of 4 different essentials of personal hygiene: taking a bath, using the toilet, washing clothes, and using the bathroom sink. At the start of the game children can make Pepi a young girl or a young boy, depending on their gender. Kids can judge from Pepi's animated reactions and voice, whether or not they are performing each step correctly. The game is a non-threatening, entertaining context in which to discuss cleanliness and bathroom etiquette.

Viewing Pepi standing at the bathroom sink, there are five items nearby on the countertop: a bar of soap, nail scissors, a comb, a box of tissues, and a toothbrush. Kids are free to explore the interactive environment, and there is nothing to win or lose. Touching the bar of soap in the soapdish tilts it upward ready for grasping. At the same time, Pepi's hands, which are covered with dirt, reach forward. Players can drag the soap to Pepi's hands, but nothing happens until they get plenty of soap on each hand, removing all the dirt. Next, kids must turn on the faucet, allow Pepi to rinse his/her hands clean, and then turn off the water.

Players may not correctly drag the soap to Pepi's hands, and he/she will frown, close his/her eyes and say "No." To complete the game, kids must clip each of Pepi's fingernails, comb Pepi's hair until it is neat, use the tissue to allow Pepi to blow his/her nose, and use the toothbrush to clean and whiten Pepi's teeth. After each activity is successfully completed, Pepi smiles. Throughout every activity, Pepi's eyes closely follow the player's finger, and he/she is very life-like and attentive.

After originally buying this app for the iPhone, I jumped at the opportunity to download it on my iPad as well! Background:
The Life Inventory iPad app was created because of the complexity and length of time needed to complete a proper Moral Inventory. When persons working their way through a 12-step program start creating their own moral inventory and discover that some ways of doing a Moral Inventory might require a thousand spreadsheets, the task seems daunting and many never get around to finishing it, thus depriving themselves of the rewards a completed Moral Inventory can provide. This app is an attempt at finding a way to make the task less time consuming, while at the same time helping the user create a valuable asset in their recovery process.

Storage of the Life Inventory data is done using an underlying database which can be backed up and restored as necessary.

Disclaimer - This app is neither officially produced nor approved by Alcoholics Anonymous or any other Addiction Recovery program. From what is known there have been many Moral Inventory spreadsheets circulating unofficially among AA members for at least 50 years in various versions and this app is based on one the developer found to be useful and more comprehensive than most.

Many thanks to "George" and his "Dungeon Prison Complete" spreadsheet which has been used as the outline for this app. This spreadsheet was developed based on years of his own personal research of the AA Big Book, along with help from many others who had already gone through the process of completing their own Moral Inventories. This was done in order to more fully understand the concepts necessary for completing his own Moral Inventory. George's extensive research resulted in the creation of the "Dungeon Prison Complete" spreadsheet, a detailed set of instructions on how to create a Moral Inventory, including several new concepts not directly covered in the AA Big Book: Sources of Anxiety/Excitement as a 4th Category; and a set of Sex Relations exercises. Both of these new elements were discovered to be critical in eventually understanding why we do what we do, the end result of completing your own Moral Inventory.

Anyone, Not Just 12-Steppers, Can Benefit from Completing a Life Inventory:

The process of completing a Life Inventory doesn't directly address addictions specifically, but rather helps the user examine in detail events that have transpired in their life. The Life Inventory app gently assists the user in probing into not only what happened, but also why it happened. The questions asked help the user delve into areas often never considered before like:

* What am I not admitting?
* What lie did I tell myself? (always present)
* What did I leave out or not say?

The iCarbs app provides information about foods and how they are rated for carbohydrate content. This is given as a means to assist in deciding which foods to eat. In addition to being useful for diabetics, who need to make sure they don't exceed their recommended daily amount of Carbohydrates (carbs), iCarbs will also help bodybuilders get the high intake of carbs they want. The following colors help readily identify which is which:

* Black = Rated extremely high in Carbs (45.01 - 166.46 g)
* Dark Red = Rated very high in Carbs (30.01 - 45.00 g)
* Red = Rated high in Carbs (15.01 - 30.00 g)
* Orange = Rated moderately high in Carbs (12.01 - 15.00 g)
* Yellow = Rated moderate in Carbs (9.01 - 12.00 g)
* Light Green = Rated moderately low in Carbs (6.01 - 9.00 g)
* Green = Rated low in Carbs (3.01 - 6.00 g)
* Cyan = Rated very low in Carbs (0.01 - 3.00 g)
* White = Rated extremely low in Carbs (less than 0.01 g)

There are eight tables listing foods:
* All Foods (includes search capability)
* Fast Foods
* Fruits & Vegetables
* Meat, Fish & Shellfish
* Dairy & Egg
* Cereal Grains & Pasta
* Sweets
* Snacks

The All Foods table includes a search capability to quickly find food servings you are interested in.

Selecting an item in any of the tables will display pertinent information about the selected food serving:
* Food Title
* Weight in grams
* Common Measure, e.g., 1/2 cup, etc.
* Carbohydrate Content
* Calories
* Percentage of Carbohydrate by Weight
* USDA Description
* USDA Food Group
* USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference ID

Information is derived from the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference: Carbohydrate Content of Selected Foods per Common Measure. There are currently over 1,100 different food servings included, searchable using approximately 2,500 names (some foods are known by different names or how they are prepared, e.g., "Egg, Scrambled" and "Scrambled Egg"). A few of these have as many as six searchable names. The Info page provides additional information about Carbohydrates:
