I have searched extensively, but have been unable to locate the PDF you requested. I'm very sorry. However, I found this in the Apple iBookstore:

The link did not work for me but thanks. I poked around and determined
that the help is online thus no files on the computer. What I wanted to
try was to convert that file. The help being on white background makes
it hard, almost impossible. Tho I do not like pdf, I can print out what
pages I want and go from there. Strange that pdf help files are
available for everything but iTunes.
