New iPad, one computer

Hi experts!

Thought there might be some iPad knowledge in this group. My wife's laptop died, and she bought a new iPad 2 today. The first thing required to get the iPad running is to sync iTunes on a computer.

I was hesitant to attach it to my computer, because I don't want it to sync to my iTunes account.

Is there a way to setup multiple iTunes accounts on one computer without one instance of iTunes on the computer? And then make sure the correct account is active when we plug in the iPad?

Thanks a lot for the help!
Gary

Gary

When you plug the iPad into your computer it will ask if you want to sync from a previous back-up, choose no. I tunes will see them as two entities and treat them as such.

I don't know but can't you and your wife have separate log ins on your
