As of now, Soundhound and Voxer are my two most used apps, of course besides social networks.

I know there are tons for gadgets on the market for the Iphone. I know of the "NEST" Thermostat, even IGRILL works with monitoring temperatures on the grill as you cook.

I will for sure check those out. What about hardware? I even saw
yesterday iRadar turns your iPhone into a radar detector. What else is
out there?

Is there a way to record any of the great synths available on the iPad, directly into one of the sequencer programs, like Garage Band, all within the iPad?

Does anyone know a way of posting photos to a yahoo group album from an iPhone? I normally use my laptop but sometimes would like to upload from my phone.

Streaming Pandora on 3G

Does anyone know how much 3G data streaming from Pandora uses per hour using the high-quality option? The lower-quality option?

I just helped a tech-challenged friend with an iPhone 4 set it up. But since I'm not a Pandora user myself, I couldn't tell her just how hard it would hit her data plan. She has an AT&T model if that matters.

If anyone in the group has personal experience they'd like to share I'd be grateful.

Many thanks,

Cathy

Why not run it for, say, 10 mins and check the usage in Settings > General

Gmail photo attachments?

Hi,

I was just going to send an email, using my 4S, gmail, and a photo that I took which is stored with my photos in an album on my 4S. I'm able to compose a message within gmail, but I don't see how to make an attachment to attach the photo. I wonder whether I missed something.
Do I have to take some other approach?

Thanks!
Linda

You have to start from the photo album. Locate the photo that you want to
email. Tap the button in the lower left on the photo screen. Select email
photo.

Select the photo first. Then send it from camera role. Use the square in the corner with the arrow.

You should go to the photo first and select it then chose to share it by email.

Has anyone out there tried accessory lens add ons like those sold by Photojojo. If so, were your results good bad or indifferent and worth the money.
