The easiest (and FREE) way to do it is to use your backup of your iTunes library, I usually use TimeMachine for that. Since, you're inquiring here, I'm guessing you probably didn't backup. Look at this link:

Hi Ryan. You are correct, no backup. It was a pc sent in for warranty repair, and Staples decided not to repair, but to settle instead, so the computer did not return. Thus the decision to buy a Mac, the first in our family! Thanks for the info.
