Weird App problem

I have an iTouch3, an iTouch4 and an iPad. "Find my iPhone" and push notifications used to work on all 3. 2 days ago, they stopped working on the iTouch3 and the iPad, but do work on the iTouch 4. What's weird is the 2 iTouches have OS4, while the iPad has OS5. Why did the app stop working on the 2 items but not the iTouch4.? I checked "settings and they all seem the same.
