Background:
The Life Inventory app was created because of the complexity and length of time needed to complete a proper Moral Inventory. When persons working their way through a 12-step program start creating their own moral inventory and discover that some ways of doing a Moral Inventory might require a thousand spreadsheets, the task seems daunting and many never get around to finishing it, thus depriving themselves of the rewards a completed Moral Inventory can provide. This app is an attempt at finding a way to make the task less time consuming, while at the same time helping the user create a valuable asset in their recovery process.

Storage of the Life Inventory data is done using an underlying database which can be backed up and restored as necessary.

Disclaimer - This app is neither officially produced nor approved by Alcoholics Anonymous or any other Addiction Recovery program. From what is known there have been many Moral Inventory spreadsheets circulating unofficially among AA members for at least 50 years in various versions and this app is based on one the developer found to be useful and more comprehensive than most.

Acknowledgement:
Many thanks to "George" and his "Dungeon Prison Complete" spreadsheet which has been used as the outline for this app. This spreadsheet was developed based on years of his own personal research of the AA Big Book, along with help from many others who had already gone through the process of completing their own Moral Inventories. This was done in order to more fully understand the concepts necessary for completing his own Moral Inventory. George's extensive research resulted in the creation of the "Dungeon Prison Complete" spreadsheet, a detailed set of instructions on how to create a Moral Inventory, including several new concepts not directly covered in the AA Big Book: Sources of Anxiety/Excitement as a 4th Category; and a set of Sex Relations exercises. Both of these new elements were discovered to be critical in eventually understanding why we do what we do, the end result of completing your own Moral Inventory.

Anyone, Not Just 12-Steppers, Can Benefit from Completing a Life Inventory:

The process of completing a Life Inventory doesn't directly address addictions specifically, but rather helps the user examine in detail events that have transpired in their life. The Life Inventory app gently assists the user in probing into not only what happened, but also why it happened. The questions asked help the user delve into areas often never considered before like:

* What did I want?
* Why did I want it?
* What am I not admitting?
* What lie did I tell myself? (always present)
* What did I leave out or not say?
* What lie did I tell others?
* Have I ever done the same thing?
* Was it any of my business?
* Were my expectations reasonable?
* What was the real truth?
* What was I not seeing?
* Did I fail to see the facts of the situation?
* What actions did I take to get what I wanted?
* What actions did I omit to get what I wanted?

Sometimes the questions are difficult to answer, but once done, they help provide significant insight into why certain choices were made and, more importantly, determining there are often alternative choices available which will make life so much better in the future.

The iCarbs app provides information about foods and how they are rated for carbohydrate content. This is given as a means to assist in deciding which foods to eat. In addition to being useful for diabetics, who need to make sure they don't exceed their recommended daily amount of Carbohydrates (carbs), iCarbs will also help bodybuilders get the high intake of carbs they want. The concept is deceptively simple: using a pair of scissors, users must snip and cut buttons on pieces of fabric, and catch them in a cup. Players get bonus points or extra lives for every hundred buttons that land in the cup. However, as the scraps of cloth carrying the buttons fly across the screen, players also have to make sure they're not trying to snip off the buttons attached by a bolt. Leaving more than three buttons on a cloth will end the game.

Featuring two different modes of play, Arcade and Classic, the game also boasts a multiplayer option, allowing you and friend to simultaneously cut buttons as they appear on the screen.

This special offer will only last for one week, so gamers are encouraged to go check it out as soon as possible.

Gameplay consists of opening bets followed by two rounds of play. During the betting phase of Bingo Jungle!, players choose any number of Medals to bet on the outcome of a Bingo game. Payoffs vary depending on whether the Bingo includes three, four, or five numbers, and larger bets may increase the odds, producing higher payoffs. In addition to the primary bet on whether the player will successfully achieve a Bingo, the game offers 28 Skills or side bets. Players may use up to three Skills, which are paid for in Stars, to increase their payoff. Skills can improve the odds for achieving a Bingo, improve the payoff from a Bingo, or alter the playing board.

With his or her bet made and all Skills selected, the player touches the Start button that releases three balls into a spinning, 3D Roulette wheel. The graphics and animation of the Roulette wheel are truly dazzling, and as each ball comes to rest, that number lights up the corresponding number block on the Bingo board. Before the end of the first round, the player may move eligible, lit blocks one square in any direction, with the goal of improving the odds of achieving a Bingo. After 10 seconds, the board is locked and no further movement of blocks is possible. The second and final round begins when another two balls are released into the spinning Roulette wheel. Animated neon lights indicate which empty numbers will produce a Bingo win (Medals) or a Skill win (Stars). There are plenty of lights, sounds, and high-speed animations to enjoy until the two balls finally fall into a slot of the wheel. Payoffs are made, and Bonus and Jackpot rounds may be activated.

A 90-second horizontal bar timer never stops moving toward the end of the game. That is the challenge of Jewel Frenzy, where players must match three or more jewels of the same color. With practice, gamers will find the strategies that make 10,000-point games possible. The one-touch match feature allows players to remove matches nearly as fast as they can spot them.

Amidst the red, blue, green, yellow, and purple gem tiles are sometimes found power-ups, earned through combos, like Bomb tiles, Hourglass tiles, and Lightning & Thunder tiles. Touching a Bomb removes all surrounding tiles (including diagonally), touching an Hourglass tile adds 15 seconds to the timer, and Lightning removes adjacent tiles horizontally and vertically. All power-ups played are accompanied by dazzling special effects in HD.
