I've been using Hewlett Packard calculators since 1975 - both financial and
scientific (anyone remember the HP45?) So when the HP12C became an app, I
immediately added it to my iPhone. Does all the APR work and much more. If
that app is too much for you, do a search for "loans" and you'll find a ton
of apps.
Good hunting - Jeff

thanks, jeff. i use a PC app called APRCalc but it's no longer supported
and not available as an iPhone app. the beauty of this software is that it
will solve for any variable by inputting the other three. want to know the
P&I payment? enter the term, rate and amount borrowed and so forth for the
other varaibles. very versatile. i'll take a look at the HP12C app.
thanks again.
