It also now deals with the main window more as a Settings window, since many things are doable without seeing this Window. While this window is show though, since version 1.2, Disk Alarm gets a Dock Icon (and Command-Switching Icon) which makes it easier to switch back. And now in version 1.2.1, when in Full Screen, Disk Alarm has a Menu Bar to more conveniently leave full screen mode. Disk alarm still alerts you with a Pop Up (as well as optionally with its sound and/or E-mail alert) whenever any of the volumes reaches the space left you specified. The menu bar item still allows to display the sum of the available free space.

It makes the task less time consuming, while at the same time helping the user create a valuable asset in their recovery process.

It provides an easy-to-use, detailed process by which persons participating in Addiction Recovery Programs can be aided in completing Step 4 of the 12 Steps without the use of any spreadsheets. Create your own personal Moral Inventory using an iPhone or iPod touch.

Although this app is designated "Jr." it still has the same capabilities as the parent app, "Step 4 Moral Inventory" for the iPad, the user interface has been completely redesigned to accommodate the considerably smaller iPhone and iPod touch screen size.

It was originally thought impossible to convert the iPad version so the same tasks could be accomplished on the iPhone and iPod touch, but it has been done and the Step 4 Moral Inventory Jr. app is the end result.

Background:
The Step 4 Moral Inventory app was created because of the complexity and length of time needed to complete a proper Moral Inventory. When persons working their way through a 12-step program start creating their own moral inventory and discover that some ways of doing a Moral Inventory might require a thousand spreadsheets, the task seems daunting and many never get around to finishing it, thus depriving themselves of the rewards a completed Moral Inventory can provide. This app is an attempt at finding a way to make the task less time consuming, while at the same time helping the user create a valuable asset in their recovery process.

Storage of the Moral Inventory data is done using an underlying database which can be backed up and restored as necessary.

Disclaimer - This app is neither officially produced nor approved by Alcoholics Anonymous or any other Addiction Recovery program. From what is known there have been many Moral Inventory spreadsheets circulating unofficially among AA members for at least 50 years in various versions and this app is based on one the developer found to be useful and more comprehensive than most.

Acknowledgement:
Many thanks to "George" and his "Dungeon Prison Complete" spreadsheet which has been used as the outline for this app. This spreadsheet was developed based on years of his own personal research of the AA Big Book, along with help from many others who had already gone through the process of completing their own Moral Inventories. This was done in order to more fully understand the concepts necessary for completing his own Moral Inventory. George's extensive research resulted in the creation of the "Dungeon Prison Complete" spreadsheet, a detailed set of instructions on how to create a Moral Inventory, including several new concepts not directly covered in the AA Big Book: Sources of Anxiety/Excitement as a 4th Category; and a set of Sex Relations exercises. Both of these new elements were discovered to be critical in eventually understanding why we do what we do, the end result of completing your own Moral Inventory.

Anyone, Not Just 12-Steppers, Can Benefit from Completing a Moral Inventory:

The process of completing a Moral Inventory doesn't directly address anyone's specific addition or addictions, but rather helps the user examine in detail events that have transpired in their life. The Moral Inventory app gently assists the user in probing into not only what happened, but also why it happened. The questions asked help the user delve into areas often never considered before like:

* What did I want?
* Why did I want it?
* What am I not admitting?
* What lie did I tell myself? (always present)
* What did I leave out or not say?
* What lie did I tell others?
* Have I ever done the same thing?
* Was it any of my business?
* Were my expectations reasonable?
* What was the real truth?
* What was I not seeing?
* Did I fail to see the facts of the situation?
* What actions did I take to get what I wanted?
* What actions did I omit to get what I wanted?

Sometimes the questions are difficult to answer, but once done, they help provide significant insight into why certain choices were made and, more importantly, determining there are often alternative choices available which will make life so much better.

With a simple Drag & Drop, AppDelete will uninstall anything along with all of the associated items. Mac users will no longer have to hunt through their system to find and delete these items manually.

You can drag any item that can be uninstalled onto AppDelete: Applications, Widgets, Preference Panes, Plugins, Screensavers, etc. You can also activate AppDelete in many ways: dragging items onto main window, onto dock icon, selecting in menu, right-clicking using AppDelete workflow, dragging from Launchpad, and throwing items in the trash. When the preview screen appears you can uncheck any items you would like to exclude.

You also have several choices: delete the items, log only the items, or archive (copy) the items to a .zip file for safekeeping or reinstall at a later date. The items you delete will be moved to the trash and arranged in a folder so that you can see exactly what was deleted and you know exactly where it came from. The items will not be removed from your computer until you empty them from your trash. You can also undo the last delete if you choose.

Version 3 has been rewritten and redesigned to take advantage of the latest technologies and to provide the best experience ever. In Version 3.2.2 all of the Help files are now completely localized and there has been a number of overall localization edits and updates. The status bar on the AppDelete main window now updates during processing which can be beneficial for people using Universal Access. There has also been major improvements when searching for apps by Kind, along with all-around searching improvements. An issue where AppDelete might not give notification sounds has also been fixed. Finally, there were other miscellaneous optimizations.

In JumpMania, players tilt their devices left or right to make the jumps shorter or farther. They can tap anywhere on the screen after bouncing for a roll jump. Players must be careful to win, though - one wrong jump in the game and Stickman falls off the platform.

"Players love the never-ending excitement of running fast and jumping far," says the JumpMania Dev-Team. "JumpMania is an action-packed game filled with danger at every jump!"

The game is filled with constant danger. Players never know what Stickman will be jumping into - it could be valuable gold stars, helpful green teleport-gates, or dangerous red spikes. Tilting the device side to side determines if Stickman will make a precision landing or a wild leap. Players can use one roll jump per bounce - they are perfect for jumping farther or dodging enemy gunfire.

As players go onward and upward in JumpMania, they advance through the levels - from Grasshopper to Jumposaurus Rex and beyond - as they race to the flag and rack up the points. In JumpMania, there are many ways to move Stickman around: hit arrows for a rocket boost, spring forward with Sling-Platforms, or "Particle-Travel" through teleport gates.

Along the way, Stickman is avoiding being hit by enemy fire. Cannon-Heads are shooting curve-ball projectiles trying to knock him out, but he can fight back with homing Twin-Missile launchers. Players can try the Shrink-Tower to turn into a mini-Stickman - being tiny can be helpful, but it can also be tricky. If players have the right mix of luck and skill, they can meet the Stick-Wizard and hopefully survive the Attack of the Stickmen Clones.

MAGI is a proof that indie game developers can produce quirky and amazingly creative games that would make big studio shareholders and marketing departments squirm in terror. It's an unique strategy game, where the player takes their chosen wizard through a series of magic battles, in order to gain more power and spells to devise a winning tactic for the inevitable final battle with the Death. Essentially, it's the odd lovechild of a fighting game and RPG battle system, described by the developer as: "what would you get if you mixed Mortal Kombat and Magic: the Gathering".

Instead of relying on cutting-edge 3d graphics and hours of cutscenes, MAGI uses simple and focused design, careful balance, and more than a pinch of good old challenge. The game is hard. In order to win, players need to make the best use of the available spells, character skills and their strategic wit. The final battle with the Death is particularly hard, and if you haven't gained enough power in the preceding duels, it might be nigh impossible to win. It's harsh, but it also makes MAGI an intense and very addictive experience, with that certain "just one more battle" factor to it.

MAGI was originally released for the PC in 2007 by the lone Polish indie developer Tom Grochowiak, who now heads his own small studio MoaCube. It quickly became an indie darling with small-but-dedicated fan base among the lovers of quirky and challenging games. PC Zone described it as "a bold stab at innovation that moves away from the copycat norm." A sequel - ArcMagi - is currently in development, albeit the release date is still unknown. More information and screenshots are available at the MoaCube's webpage.

The Mac port of MAGI offers several improvements over the original PC version, and is currently available for purchase on the developer's website for the discounted price of $5.95 (down from $15.95). There's also a lengthy demo available for those who would like to try the game before buying. Review copies are available to the press upon request.

As soon as the hero runs out of the necessary weapon, the game will automatically refer the player to the Apple's online store.

There is a good deal of both challenge and humor in the game. As you progress through the first levels and get some practice, you figure out the tricks: how to quickly make a running pretty Amazonian lady stop to kiss her and how to tackle with horrible apes and other super strong characters.

The game stands out with a cheerful gameplay and beautiful graphics. The specially created music and sound effects match perfectly the classical comic strip style of pictures and visuals of the application.

SMEStorage announced that it has updated the version of it's Cloud File Manager for iPhone and iPad is available in the App Store now. iSMEStorage, the iOS Cloud File Manager that supports over 25 file Clouds, has been updated to version 2.19. This version add increased support for on device security of files as well as adding a raft of other features. Additional security allows users to set a PIN on the application itself which is requested on launch.

London, United Kingdom - SMEStorage announced that it has updated the version of it's Cloud File Manager for iPhone and iPad to version 2.19, available in the App Store now.

Version 2.19 of iSMEStorage adds on device file encryption by taking advantage of iOS's native ability to encrypt files on device for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPod touch 3rd generation devices. Files are encrypted individually by software classes that implement the data protection and the user's device must have the passcode lock setting enabled and a valid passcode set. To mitigate the threat of a brute force attack, the file encryption use a key generated by the device itself, in addition to the key derived from the user's password. This make the files totally inaccessible when the user's iOS device is locked.

In addition to this security the users can also set a PIN on the Application itself which is requested on launch and when re-activating the App after it is backgrounded.

Also in the 2.19 version the adding of Cloud file Providers now makes use of OAuth where OAuth is supported. OAuth is an open protocol to allow secure API authentication with providers of data or services.

Other notable enhancements in version 2.19 are updates to the file handling of photos from different Clouds. When browsing pictures remotely on any of the 25 Clouds supported thumbnails are created so that users can easily which pictures are stored. Also now when uploading pictures or videos to Clouds the users can choose an option in setting to retain the full native resolution on upload.

The ability to view documents remotely without download is also added to version 2.19. This is something SMEStorage call "Cloud View".

The ability to store files in a unique Cloud Clipboard and then batch upload them to a file Cloud of choice is another unique features that is added to this version of the software.

Using the new symbol list you can quickly navigate your documents. For example, Textastic can display a searchable list of function names and classes for programming languages. Attack of the Mall Zombies is a 3rd person shooter with a strategy twist. You are the mall cop. The object is to shoot the Zombies while keeping the doors to the mall closed. There are four stores in the mall. The Gun shop, the Clothing store, Sporting store, and the food court.

Studio City, California - Abstrakt Reality introduces Attack Of The Mall Zombies 1.1, for iOS devices. Attack of the Mall Zombies is Abstrakt Reality's first offering into the mobile gaming platform. Halloween is almost here, and that means, zombies are on center stage as the most known and feared creature of the night. Everyone knows that zombies always return to the malls looking for fresh brains.

"Attack of the Mall Zombies" was inspired by George A. Romero's "Dawn of the Dead", using the mall as the main stage. Abstrakt Reality plans on updating "Attack of the Mall Zombies" with more levels and bigger maps this winter, however we want everyone to get a chance to experience the same level of fun as we had making the game.

Attack of the Mall Zombies is a 3rd person shooter with a strategy twist. You are the mall cop. The object is to shoot the Zombies while keeping the doors to the mall closed. There are four stores in the mall. The Gun shop, the Clothing store, Sporting store, and the food court. All Stores have choices of weapons depending on the level played. The Gun store=projectile weapons (hand gun, shoot gun and machine gun), the Clothing store= protective clothing (Metal armor and invisible cloth, acid armor) and the Sports store= melee weapons (cattle prod, crossbow and chainsaw). The food court is to recharge your health.

There are three different zombies' classes, fast, normal and Boss. The Boss Zombies appear at the end of each level (the level reflects the number of Boss Zombies that appear). You get 2x the points for shooting a zombie when you keep one of the doors closed and 4x the points per zombie that you shoot if you are able to keep both doors closed (closed doors are green, yellow caution and red open). How high of a score can you achieve?

You ammo will run out so be sure while shooting zombies to make your way to another store for more ammo or a change of weapon. Keep an eye on your health, you start out with 3 cops, every time a zombie touches (takes a bite out of you) you lose health. The food court is your friend!
