After a little bit of a delay, iTunes Match was released to the public today.

iTunes Match is a service that’s built into the latest version of iTunes. It lets you match, upload, and play music on a variety of different devices.

This is an extremely cool service that allows you to take your entire iTunes library with you on the go, even if you have a measly 8GB iPhone.

With Amazon’s Kindle Fire just a day away from public release, there’s no shortage of news regarding the new tablet. Not only does it undercut the cost of most slate offerings by $300, it’s also the first Android tablet to feature a truly cohesive user experience.

Because of that, the Kindle Fire now ranks as the top Android-based tablet among developers. But according to The Loop, Amazon’s slate still has a ways to go before it reaches the programming popularity of Apple’s iOS devices…(...)

Analysts See Demand for the iPad Fading

Ever since Tim Cook and company committed to a $37 billion dollar 4th quarter, analysts have been watching Apple’s every move. The forecast is nearly $10 billion dollars above its previous quarter’s revenue, which was an all-time record for the iPhone-makers.

Getting to $37 billion this quarter isn’t going to be easy, even with the holidays coming up. Apple will have to sell a lot of iPhones and iPads to hit the mark. And this could prove to be extremely difficult, considering some folks believe demand for Apple’s tablet is fading…(...)

Last Call for iPhone Pre-Orderers to Purchase AppleCare+

Last month we reported on Apple’s latest iteration of its extended warranty service, AppleCare+. The plan differs from previous versions of AppleCare because not only does it extend your device’s warranty, but it also adds low-cost coverage for accidental damage.

Well according to Gizmodo, if you pre-ordered your iPhone 4S or 8GB iPhone 4, today is your last chance to grab AppleCare+ for your new handset. The news comes from the AppleCare+ website, which claims that November 14th is the deadline for pre-orderers…(...)

Ever since Apple unveiled Siri last month, hackers have been hard at work trying to free the technology from the company’s iron grip. Like most things in iOS, the digital assistant’s abilities are limited in order to maintain security and stability on the platform.

Apple released iTunes Match today, and users can now access their entire music library in iCloud on any authenticated iDevice running iOS 5. On the iPhone and iPad, iTunes Match can be easily enabled in the device’s Settings.

Reviews of the Kindle Fire Start Coming In

For over a year and half, the iPad has undoubtedly been the king of all tablets. With virtually no competition, it wasn’t too hard for Apple’s tablet to eat a large chunk of the market in a space where no one else seems to get it.

Enter Amazon and the Kindle Fire, a tablet running a version of Android completely tailored to Amazon’s needs, so much so that it doesn’t have anything to pinpoint it as an Android device but the OS name.

The Kindle Fire is officially launching tomorrow, and, as usual, a few tech gurus have had access to the tablet a few days before everyone else. The reviews are coming in, and it’s not as pretty as you’d expect…(...)

Apple Releases iTunes Match to the Public

Apple has officially released iTunes 10.5.1 to the public following several developer betas. iTunes Match has been in the final testing stages for months, and beta 3 of the cloud music service was seeded to developers over the weekend.
