The app allows users to choose from two modes, active and passive alarms. HotButton mode displays a red button on the screen that the user must hold. In CheckIn mode, the alarm is triggered after a specified time if the user does not check in with the app. The app provides a reminder that it is time to check in before triggering the alarm.

Set up of the app is quick and easy. The user enters the appropriate contact information for individuals they may want contacted in case of an emergency. This process can be automated by simply adding their contact info from the iOS Contact app. In addition, the user can set up a custom Alarm Message, "My alarm triggered while I was taking the subway home," or use one of the preset messages, "My alarm triggered while I was out running." That completes the one-time set up.

On launch in portrait mode, the Home screen has only two buttons: Start and Recipients. Touching the Recipients button lets the user choose the person they want their iPhone to contact if the alarm is triggered. Users can specify notification via phone, email, Facebook, or Twitter. Touching the Start button opens the Alarm Message page where the user can select from one of their custom or preset messages. Next, the Alarm Type screen opens, where the user can select either HotButton or CheckIn mode. HotButton alarms are triggered immediately if the user lets go of the onscreen red button. CheckIn alarms are triggered after a chosen interval (user selectable between 5 and 60 minutes), if the user does not check-in and disarm the timed alarm.

There's even a radar display that show the direction and proximity of nearby properties for sale.

"The Sunday afternoon drive scouting out homes has never been so fun," says realtor Andy Asbury with Better Homes & Gardens Area Leaders. "HomeSpotter takes curb appeal to another level."

HomeSpotter is currently available to a limited number of brokers for iPhone and iPad apps, and will be coming soon to Android phones as well. HomeSpotter is the first such platform available on the iPad. It's also the only readily available solution that allows any real estate broker to have their own augmented realty app.

MobileRealtyApps is debuting HomeSpotter at the National Association of Realtors(R) Expo in Anaheim, Calif., as part of the Innovation Open House on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011. Originally developed for Android, Penguin Links Pro 2 is one of the most popular puzzle game in Japan, United States, China, France and many other countries. Designed in a very unique way, players have eight levels to conquer, which are named in the theme of schools - ranking from Kindergarten to Grad School and Endless. The levels are carefully designed so that everybody can have fun at different levels.
