NxtApp 4 Kids, popular math app for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad is selected by ThinkTanK12 as one of only nine latest and greatest iPad apps. A4CWSN, a non-profit organization is changing the way children with special needs are able to learn. Users will enjoy faster downloads with transfer rates. Now any Mac with a USB port can take advantage of wireless networking, whether the Mac has an AirPort wireless network card or not.
Q4 is an excellent solution for users who often find themselves accessing networks at work, school, hotels, coffee shops, airports and other environments where signal strength and speed vary and who want maximum wireless performance. The dual 3 dBi antennas provide the speed necessary for 802.11a/n wireless that runs in the 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz range. The Q4 easily clips to the Mac laptop case and is powered from the USB port. Q4 works on any Mac with any open USB port with operating system OS X 10.5.x, and 10.6.x It conforms to the wireless standards 802.11a/b/g/n making better use of the Apple Dual Band Extreme Base Station and Time Capsules. In fact it, should work on most if not all wireless networks, especially modern ones like; D Link, Linksys and Belkin just to name a few.
Q4 supports 64/128~bit WEP, WPA2 (AES with IEEE 802.11x) and WPA(TKIP with IEEE 802.11x) wireless encryption. The Mac should run Mac OS X 10.5.8 or later, including the newly released Lion (10.7x).
