I hope iOS 5.0.1 helps the battery issue.
I'd like to have my album covers though as that's one way I scroll through my music.
Maybe the next update will get the art work I paid for.

From friends that have the iPhone 4s, so far battery life has improved. I have the iPhone 4 and battery life hasn't been hindered with iOS 5. You may start seeing articles in a few days talking about battery life and if the fix worked.
